    I rented out a room with this property for a weekly price. Upon staying at this location beginning 6/12/2024 , the single room was infested with a ***** problem. The problem was so bad that management had to replace me to another room after a roaches were crawling on me in my sleep. I was giving another room only to have the exact same issue with the infestation in this room. Management was notified and I was told nothing could be done at the time because no other rooms were available. I reluctantly stayed even with the major ***** infestation, in addition to the rude and unprofessionalism of the entire staff there. A week later as rent was due again, I was promised by management a different room and that would be my only condition if I stayed and agreed compensation of some sort for the two rooms that I had previously occupied with the ***** infestation. So for compensation , I asked management for an extension on rent because it happened to be a federal holiday the day rent was due and it delayed my direct deposit. I was not given any type of courtesy by management and in fact was thrown out because of non payment. I was thrown out on the street with no where to go after I was promised compensation after this ordeal. This is by far the worse business I have ever conducted business with. And something has to be done. I would like a full refund for managements mishandling of a customer.

    I have been trying to find contact number for this business or even an email to corporate offices. There is outstanding balance of almost $3000.00 dollars on my credit report for this establishment. I myself have never gotten a room at the sienna suites. Whoever got the room used my ID to get the room. Around the time of this persons stay was around the time I lost my ID. I have tried clearing this up. Besides being in my name there was not one payment made to that place with my name on it. Not one. Someone else stayed there not me and I can not get no resolution for this account affecting my credit negatively. I would like it to be resolved by coming off my credit.

    Management failed to disclose the rooms have roaches.Management failed, after repeatedly complaining about the upstairs neighbor loud noise between the hours 10pm to 5am. Repeatedly calling security to no avail nor did they ever ask the neighbor to stop with the disturbance.
