    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at *********** Emerald Suites. My stay, which began with high expectations, quickly turned into a series of disappointments , I encountered several issues that were not disclosed prior to my arrival:1.Lack of Basic Amenities: Contrary to the advertised accommodations, the unit did not have internet, cable, or a functional printer available. Additionally, the pool facilities that were supposed to be part of the amenities were not accessible.2.Broken Furniture: The furniture in the unit was damaged and not in a usable condition, which made our stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. Payment Difficulties: I was required to pay rent in full via money order, as there was no capability to process payments on site. This inconvenience forced me to go out of my way to secure rent payments.During my stay, I work two hours away from the property. On the third week, when my rent was due on Saturday, I was unable to leave work to make the payment. Despite calling the office repeatedly and receiving no response, and with the office being closed on Sunday, I was left with no option to pay. On Monday, I was evicted without being given the opportunity to settle my rent and any associated fees, even though I offered to pay in full.This abrupt eviction, particularly on my sons birthday, has caused severe hardship and stress. Being placed on a Do Not Rent list is an unfair and punitive action given the circumstances. The managements refusal to work with me has not only disrupted my life but has also put me at risk of homelessness.The conduct of the management, including their unprofessional and uncaring attitude, is unacceptable for a company that prides itself on supporting families. This experience has compelled me to consider legal action to address the injustice faced by my family and **** expect a response to this complaint within 14 days.Sincerely,*********************
