Details : In October 2024, I thought the ******************** had to fix the air conditioning unit at ********************************************************************************************************************************** wayback November 2024 and ******************** did not came. I had to attend to some important issues in the ***********. When I had returned to ***************, I am expecting that the ******************** had attempted to fix anything on the aircon compressor since its located outside my house or in my backyard and the Watercolor Maintenance people have access to it. On March 4, 2025 when I returned from my trip outside the country, had called and notified ******************** thru ***** of ********************** that no one has contacted them to fix and had find a hard to believe since I had a text messages on them. I am already a SENIOR CITIZEN living in a fixed income, a Widowed, all alone by myself and having a hard time contacting these Watercolor Maintenance people. I am very frustrated since the air conditioning unit was not fixed when I came back from out of the country. This problem or issue had been existing since I moved to this house and now they said the warranty expired and they had dragged their feet in order for them not to fix this. issue. Had trusted the air conditioning company **************** that they will coordinate with ********************* to have this aircon repaired and fixed. I am so much worried that I am already a Senior Citizen and summer is near approaching and I am afraid that it wont be fixed.

Yes they came and did not address the air conditioning issue. They just told me it was fine and did not even test the  airconditioning unit. My problem is the airconditioning not the heating. So I am still waiting for them to come and check the airconditioning and check the Freon level.

      Thank you.

I am being cited by the *** in the ******************** for dead plants and the wrong back gate cover which was taken care of. As far as the dead bushes, I submitted request through their ******************* before I was charged for the dead plants. I thought they didn't plant my tree and plants correctly or that there was something wrong with the drips watering the plants. They sent two of their men to look at my request and after they looked at my tree and plants they said its fall and it's normal for them to appear like they're dying. They also stated that there was nothing wrong with the drips. They even turned it on and checked the schedule in front of me. I have been out of town often. When I returned, I removed the plants because the letter they sent me stated to replace the plants or remove them. I thought that resolved the issue. When I went into the *** portal I owed an amount and later a letter was sent to me that collection action would be taken. I believe this to be unfair, during the fall many plants were beginning to turn brown and that is normal, as their own personnel stated. Many of the homes in the community have the same problem. So, Im not sure if maybe I am being unfairly targeted. The landscaping that the management company is responsible for is also filled with ******** plants and trees and they were trimming or replacing them as well. I feel like they are not taking into account the time of year when this is normal and are instead purposely looking for ways to fine people living here. I I follow the community page and there are other complaints on them, such as towing vehicles, unfair parking practices, un-policed juveniles stealing because of lax security enforcement, to trash not being cleaned in community areas. We pay an *** of $151 a month and it will be raised to over $200 this January. The people in this community expects these issues to be addressed by Touchstone, not for us to be treated as a way for them to collect more money.

My journey with touchstone started when I first looked at Independence. I liked the floorplan but was skeptical of the area. I then looked at watercolor, where I found a home I liked. However, I asked to wait until my pay raise before I applied. I was pushed to apply right then and there and was told there would be no issues. Except there was. The process was exhausting, frustrating, and overall a nightmare. And surprise, I did not get approved for the home in question until I received my pay raise. Exactly when I wanted to apply to begin with. Then I do go purchase a home. It was not until the day AFTER I paid the ******* money deposit that I was given the information for the **** Unfortunately I am working 60+ hours a week so I cannot drop everything at a moment's notice. However, when I read the *** Information I was horrified. I was intentionally mislead on issues such as pets, grills, parking, working from home, and guests to my home just to name a few. Unfortunately, due to the numerous concerns I have and the clear violation of Nevada law prohibits deceptive trade practices, including false representations about products, in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 598, Title 52, Chapter 598: "False product characteristics: Knowingly making false statements about a product's characteristics, ingredients, uses, benefits, or quantities" I did decide to look elsewhere.Overall every part of this process has been deceitful, dishonest, shady, and all around unpleasant to deal with. All I am asking at this point is that a fair and amicable remedy to this situation be reached.
