      I subscribed to KaChava and moved a future order date, expecting flexibility. On the morning my order was processed, I reached out to cancel but was told it was already in final fulfillment. However, the order had not yet shipped.The company claimed they sent a reminder email days earlier, but I never received it in my inbox. I later found it in my spam folder the only KaChava email that has ever been routed there. This seems suspicious and suggests a potential flaw in their communication system.Their response was handled by ******** from their management team, who sent what was clearly a template no personalized support, no call, no real attempt to understand the situation. Her tone was patronizing and dismissive. I was told they were sorry but could do nothing and then pointed to a policy page.If this were truly a company that stands behind its product and customer experience, there would be more flexibility and accountability. I am now stuck with a product I attempted to cancel, and their Love It Guarantee only applies to flavor exchanges or store credit not refunds.This felt less like a customer service experience and more like being stonewalled by a legal department. Its a disappointing experience that doesnt match their branding.

      I previously cancelled a subscription with this business, but without warning they still billed me anyway and sent out the order. I told them I wanted it cancelled right away. They denied the claim and instead only offered me to return it for a store credit. I wouldn't have cancelled the order if I wanted a store credit from this business. There was no preshipment email or anything warning me this would be shipped or charged to me.

      My subscription order was placed on Feb 9 2025. I receive an email stating my order will arrive in 3-5 days. Yet still to this day they have not even shipped it and its been 7 days. **************** is unhelpful. This kind of c*** happens every single time I order the first 2-3 others 4 years ago went smoothly without issues and ever since every single order comes with problems and the customer service is awful. They s**** up orders. Send orders through unreliable delivery services that dont actually deliver. Lose orders. Dint send orders. They notated my account a couple years ago to only send through *** or ***** and not the ground services like Veho after Id had so many never get delivered. Yet they still dont do that. Now apparently they just dont ship them at all. They will not give me updates or explain why they havent shipped the product either.

      Signed up for subscription in December 2024, with the promise of "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or your Money Back". Received my first order, which was better than most protein shakes I have tried previously, but still not to my tastes. I figured I would give it some time for myself to come around to it... Come January, when the next auto-replenish (because that is all they offer) was ready to ship, I went into my account and "Skipped" the January shipment, wanting additional time to make an assessment. I put a reminder in my phone's calendar for February 6th, 1 week away from the auto-replenish date of February 13th. Upon receiving the reminder, I went into my account, and followed the instructions to go to "Manage Subscription" and then click the "Cancel Subscription" button (very tiny, and hiding at the bottom of the screen). Fast forward one week to today - I noticed in my email that I have a receipt email and a notification that my package has been shipped! Appalled, I called customer service immediately and explained the above to them. I was told that they are not able to cancel my shipment, OR refund me - and that their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" only covers STORE CREDIT.... STORE CREDIT? For a company whose ONLY PRODUCT is protein shakes and a couple of overpriced plastic water bottles?? I have yet to even finish the first two bags that I ordered initially in two months. I explained that I wanted a refund as this second shipment never should have even happened. Unfortunately, a manager/supervisor was not available, and I was told that my info would be passed along to be contacted back. No recourse, no alternate options -- I told them I was happy to refuse the shipment and have the carrier Return to Sender if their concern was safety/tamper-based. I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT, I DO NOT WANT (USELESS) STORE CREDIT FOR IT, AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This never should've happened to begin with, and I will never recommend this misleading company to anyone, EVER.

      I ordered Kachava drink mix. 2 bags vanilla flavor for my special needs son. Nutritionist recommended we try it for him. It came with sample packets. I tried the sample packet of vanilla but he would not drink it. I mixed only a little bit with his regular shakes and tried it several different ways. He will not drink it. It has a horrible after taste and doesnt taste good. I still have the two large unopened bags from original order. I called right away and canceled the subscription. I explained that my son wouldnt drink them. They said He had to pay to send the bags back even though they guarantee money back for 30 days s if dissatisfied so I agreed to keep the first order with the understanding that the subscription was canceled. But the next month they charged my card again. I called immediately and explained I had already canceled my subscription because my special needs son wont drink it. The lady told me the order had not shipped yet and she would send a message to the warehouse not to ship it., I told her to make sure of the cancellation because I would not *** to ship it back and I already canceled my subscription after I got the initial order. I asked her to refund my $ for the second month because they were not authorized to take it since I canceled the subscription prior to the shipment. She said she would call me back within 48 hours but nobody ever called. I didnt receive any emails saying an order shipped but a shipment came anyway over a week later. I believe this company is fraudulent because they ignore the canceled subscriptions and continue to charge the customers knowing theyll have to Pay to ship the items back. Its frustrating because the sample packs tasted disgusting and now I have 4 large bags of vanilla that nobody will drink and Im out $240.00 because they wont acknowledge the request of my cancelled subscription as asked. Want my refund for the second order that was not authorized.

      I am filing this complaint against Tribal Nutrition, LLC (KaChava) due to unauthorized charges, retention of my payment information without consent, and deceptive subscription cancellation practices.Issue #1: Past Subscription Cancellation Ignored I canceled my KaChava subscription in October 2024 using their website. It showed as inactive, confirming my cancellation. However, on January 13, 2025, KaChava processed an unauthorized order and charged my credit card. When I contacted customer support, they refused to issue a refund, citing that I had "rescheduled" my order instead of canceling it. This is incorrect, as I had already canceled my subscription.KaChava claims they sent a reminder email before processing the charge. But such email was sent the day the order was processed. I requested a refund, but they only offered store creditforcing me to continue purchasing from them despite my clear request to cancel.Issue #2: KaChava Retains Payment Information Without Permission After this incident, I tried to permanently delete my credit card information from KaChava's website, but their system does not allow it.Despite my subscription being canceled, KaChava still retains my payment details, which could allow them to charge me again in the future without my consent. This violates consumer rights and creates a risk of future unauthorized charges.KaChavas practices of retaining credit card information, making cancellations difficult, and refusing refunds for unauthorized orders are deceptive and should be investigated.

      I have been a customer of this business for years and quite happy and content with them as a company; they are a supplemental nutritional company and I was shipped a product from them that I did not order = they had changed the contents of the nutritional shakes I receive from them without any advance notice and I experienced intestinal discomfort/ it made me sick to my stomach, and I felt sick for a couple of days. I contacted them right away to make them aware of the situation and requested a refund; I also offered to return the product at their expense; I was told I needed to take pictures of the product and lot #s and complied. I have complied with all their request and was told they would look into it ; I have not heard from them in about a month and wanted to get some assistance with this problem . I'm a Senior Citizen and on a fixed income, I need the money they owe me.

      I was a customer for 3 years. They have changed their original formula without notifying customer's. They state they notified us via email about the changes. I have two emails that get their spam and their is no email in the last 6 months notifying of a change to their product. I reached out to support to return the product for a refund and was ignored. Took over two weeks to get an automated response. I disputed the charge and they claimed the product is as described. It is not the same product that I have ordered the past 3 years. Their support has been the worst I have dealt with. Lost all respect for the company.

      I ordered a powder for consumption with misleading advertising. After looking up the chemicals in the product, I found there are several harmful additives in the product, one of which being high risk. I contacted the company to return the item, unopened, for a refund wherein they refused and said they will not refund my money, only store credit. I do not want products with harmful chemicals. They said even if I return it, they will not give me my money back regardless of whether it is opened.
