Hydreight Entrepreneur charged me $2999 from duration of 26-September-2024 to 25-September-2025 that they will be supplying me with equipment, medications and medical director of my healthcare and wellness business. I entered a business agreement with Hydreight Nursepreneur on 26-September-2024 with the payment of $2999 for annual charges. Now I sent an email to them that I am no more interested in going forward with the business because I got a new job which will prevent me from going forward with the business. I sent an email to them to refund me the amount I paid them which was $2,999.00 but the company refused to refund the amount stated above. Kindly, assist me to get my money back from them this money is my hard -earned money which I already saved for my hernia surgery, but they lied to me that they will be supplying me with clients, but I eventually got to know that I will be the one getting client for myself.Business Response

Yes, please cancel the. subscription because I am not available for the rest of the next year for the business.
I got a job and another business which will not make me continue with hydreight.
Kindly refund my money. It is about 2999 . This amount is huge and I need it to use it for something crucial and dear to my life.

Hello *******,
As indicated in our previous email, there needs to be documentation supporting any potential breach in contract as the subscription is paid in full and non-refundable, per the terms and conditions. We have attached a copy for your reference.
Our legal department is solely responsible for reviewing refund requests and requires documentation to support any claim; unfortunately, getting another job does not support a refund as that is not a breach on our part.
Thank you,
The Team at Hydreight

On September 16th, 2024 I made a payment of $3000 to Hydreight to start my business with them that included a dream bundle of supplies (24 starter kits, 2x NS 1000ml fluid bags, 4 vials, 1 sharps container, and an IV pole) and a success coach. The sales *** told me It was worth $7000 (in case I wanted to sell it to make my money back) in products theyd be sending me and the receipt I have is only worth $715. I also didnt get my products until today October 28th, 2024, which is a month Ive lost on trying to make money in this business because I didnt have what I needed. There was not even help/info about what to expect with the fluid shortage from the hurricane. I was also told the success coach would walk me through each step of the business and they refused to help me until I posted ***** picture on social media; stating they only help with marketing. There has been no trainings on how to do the IVs and no answers questions for days. This business is a scam and does not set you up for success. They could cost many nurses their licenses for not giving them the proper training and education. They have taken my money and have me nothing. I request a full refund.Business Response

Complaint: There has been no trainings on how to do the IVs Hydreight is a platform that offers the technology, medical network and vendors needed to offer IV services.
Hydreight Response: Hydreight does not offer medical training of any kind. It is expected that the nurses that sign up for the platform are fully educated on providing IVs through their education and experience.
Complaint: They could cost many nurses their licenses for not giving them the proper training and education.
Hydreight Response: Hydreight does not offer medical training of any kind, nor do we counsel clients on state regulations/laws. As Independent Contractors, it is imperative that our clients remain aware of their capabilities through their state Nursing, Medical and Pharmaceutical boards.

I signed up with Hydreight under false pretenses and misleading and dishonest information. The sales representative assured that I would only need my LLC to be able to have the pharmaceuticals sent to my residence and that I can start working right away. It wasnt until AFTER I paid $3,000 on November 3rd, 2023 that I was told that the policy had changed back in October 2023 , so that only a medical doctor could receive my shipments at a licensed medical facility. I had already created my logo, informational brochures, solidified my pricing, reached agreements with local clients that have been excited to receive my services , paid for my LLC , etc! I did my part and Hydreight has not fulfilled their basic promise to me. Ive been back and forth with the pharmacy and onboarding departments and am now just needing my money back so I can use it to provide for my family.Initial Complaint

I partnered with Hydreight on 4/17/2023. I was promised the ability to make money doing vitamin IV infusions as easy as providing an Uber. I was also told my business partnership would come with a pharmacy credit that would help me get started to offset the initial investment. I would have made more money with ****. I have not done 1 IV infusion. I have requested help, to speak on the phone, and requested a refund and have only been told that I have to market myself and that they provided tools to help with this. I have marketed myself and tagged Hydreight in every post. The attached graphics are ones I had to create myself as they have only a handful of graphics that are supplied by the company along with their logo and a QR code. Their marketing materials are a joke. I had my husband pretend to schedule an IV with me and he could not find me through the app, their suggested platform, or even on the company website. The website shows several locations, but my location is missing from the list. The locations that had businesses linked to them belong to business partners that I believe are employed by Hydreight. I have continued to request support, asked to speak to someone on the phone, and have been unsuccessful. I told them I did not want to file a complaint with the BBB, but was told if I did file a complaint or give a negative review online, I would be in breach of my contract and they would be forced to take legal action. There have been other complaints with the BBB, but are not viewable at this time. I just want my money back. It has taken so long to get any help or get this resolved, my vitamins have expired. Their "sales pitch" was full of misleading information and false promises. With the way the sales rep talked, I pictured myself busy within the first 4 weeks. I should have known that if it sounded too good to be true, it probably was. I didn't even have the "onboarding" completed in 4 weeks due to lack of support and guidance in getting started.Customer Answer

My original complaint had my own graphics I have used for marketing as well as a copy of a report of my social media advertising expenses. The company's marketing materials are not beneficial. I have attached some of what they provide for marketing purposes. I get sponsored ads from the competition all the time on my social media feed but I get nothing from Hydreight. I have also paid for a web developer to build me a website to assist in my marketing. If you go to the Hydreight website, you cannot find me listed as a Business Partner.Business Response

I have requested a refund for $2999 from Hydreight as I was sold a lie. I was told that there is a medical director in which I would work under their licence as a nurse for my IV hydration business which I had to start in order to do any business under Hydreight. Once I paid the $2999 I no longer had contact with the representative who brought me on, my "business manager", or anyone with Hydreight. I was scheduled for a one on one with the Medical Director as a part of promise package when coming on board when my initial meeting was canceled without my knowledge and the second one was canceled due to the Medical Director not having meetings on that particular day. I contacted Hydreight and was emailed that they no longer do one on one with the Medical Director but a group meeting with staff to answer questions. At this point it had been 2mos since I signed with Hydreight on November 21, 2022. In January I requested a refund and received emails from multiple different departments saying they would forward my request to the business department. I went back and forth for over a month requesting a refund and recieved responses from tech support even though I emailed business department. Tech support emailed and said they closed my ticket even though my issue had not been resolved and no refund had been issued, then I received correspondence that my request for a refund will be sent to the business department. This has been going on since January with no resolve. I had trouble getting my initial order that I paid for through the pharmacy. There are no phone numbers to speak with anyone, no one who worked there when I was brought on suddenly is no longer employed after I paid, and neither the business department nor the medical director seem to exist. I emailed letting them know that I will not operate under a company who falsely advertises coverage with standing orders from a medical director that I am not allowed to verify exists or I am unable to reach anyone. Communication with the company may be days or never. At one point I emailed the business email that i received correspondence from during my onboarding and it bounced back as the email not existing. I informed them that my license will not be compromised in such a way. I recieved no response to that email. I have repeatedly requested my refund with no answer.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Hydreight Pharmacy worked to get me the rest of my order almost 2mos after my complaint. In that time I could not do any business. As far as proof of going "Live", that is something that was automatic as soon as you finish the onboarding process, but without confirmation from the medical director, in which in Hydreight's response, they do not confirm having on and only mention providing proof of insurance which I was not aware of until their response to my complaint. I have been repeatedly asking for a full refund since January and with the evidence the company has provided and I have provided, they have yet to acknowledge my request. Please provide a refund as this is false advertisement of business and I have not conducted any under the contract with thus company dispite the status of the account due to their lack of proof their company is conducting business under a medical director that I am unable to confirm. As they've stated in their response, the rules changed from one on one to a panel of employees to answer questions. I as a registered nurse cannot go into business under false pretenses and would like a refund as I have been asking for since January.
Sincerely,

I partnered with this company, Hydreight, June of 22. I paid them $2,999.99 for this "partnership fee". I was told this would cover insurance for my business, provide a platform for ordering supplies for IV infusions from their pharmacy, which is overpriced compared to other places I could obtains supplies from, but that is a minute issues in comparision. I was also advised that this fee would include my medical director, which is essential when running an IV infusion business that requires working under a medical director. Since June of last year, I have been able to have 1 conversation with this gentleman. I have sent several emails with no response from medical director, *******************************. I was assigned a "success manager" when I initially signed up with Hydreight. This gentlemans name was *****. I too only had 1 conversation with *****. His emaily replys were delayed, then eventually stopped completely. I was left in the dark with no way to contact said company and no response from my medical director. I am unable to conduct business without a medical director. Though he was and still is acting medical diretor, how is any business going to conduct medical services to paitnents when they are unable to communicate with the doctor over the company? In addition to this, I have advised Hydreight that the ************* seemed to want a medical director that was in state, preferrably within 60mile radius. I reached out to ****************** about this direcetly and hydreight with no clear direction. I had to make severl complaints before anyone from Hydreight finally reached out to me. There was no phone number provided for emergency contact when i signed up; this is extremly dangerous considering we are practing medicane under this doctors name and license essentially. I was finally able to get in contact with a gal *****. I was due to pay another annual fee of $2999.99 in June and feel this is the only reason she actually reached out to me. **Neds to be continued*Business Response

I joined as a business partner with Hydreight in February 2023. I was promised a business platform, marketing and medical director. I paid them a large sum of money but have received no help from this company and no marketing and their business platform to book clients was not able to be utilized and I lost customers. I have requested a refund because I do not feel comfortable continuing on with this company. You are never able to reach anyone and it may take days or never on email replies. I feel that the company completely misrepresented themselves during the sale pitch. I have contacted the company about the refund but they will not address the refund but are now trying to address other issues.Initial Complaint

I signed up Oct. 2022. The info call told us this business was a "turn key" opportunity with our website, medical *** *********** ins, etc. all part of the fee. We were told SPECIAL LOCK IN rate ended on 9/30. That in fact was a lie. Next we had onboarding call with *****. He covered some basics and told us he was unsure how to set up the partnership, but we should reach out to support. We were then informed that a partnership was not possible to set up even though we were told it was prior to joining. Next issue is the lack of a contact person. When our initial contact person, **** informed us she was not our contact person and then stopped answering any questions, and ***** left the company, we have no point of contact. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to reach out and only email/ tech support that sometimes does not get responses. When we requested proof of liability coverage 1 page was sent showing coverage just for Hydreight... not associates. BIG red flag. When questioned further, they sent 2 more sheets. Asked a friend who is a lawyer, and they stated it was not clear that we were covered. When joining, there was no mention that the medication expired quickly. For any of the IVs, you need 3 to 4 different vials. Once opened, they are good for 28 days. But currently, we have had to throw our 2/3 of our initial order due to it already expiring. I just looked to order 2 vials, and it is April 3rd, and the vials available expire May 21. This would basically force us to buy these every month, paying excess shipping in order to continue. We were also told they had an influencer program and social media sharing, that NEVER happened. At this point, we are bleeding out money to try and even break even. Which I am now realizing is not going to happen. I feel we were scammed and pushed into the special rate. There was ALOT of false advertising. At this point, I would prefer a refund of the $2999 paid as the services are not what we were told.Initial Complaint

I would like to first start by saying I am in complete distress by my time with hydreight Hydreight advertised to provide a medical director, malpractice insurance, pharmacy connects and a "uber style ***" system. They pushed me into a contract paying $2999 stating that I had 1 day to think about before the rates will go up which I later learned the rates did not go up. I received a business rep and medical director who stated after I turned in all my documentation, I would be able to start giving IV drips with standing orders no strings attached. I was later abandoned. I was not able to get in touch with my so-called business manager, he stopped answering my emails/calls. I later found out that you can not speak to ANYONE from Hydreight via phone, everything must go through email. There have been many times I sent emails with having to wait days between responses or having to send duplicate emails because I was ignored. They did not tell me I had to buy another location to get medications sent to. As a company they boasted that after signing with them you needed to do nothing else, you could start IV drips which was FALSE INFORMATION! I was unable to order medications from 1 of the pharmacys promised for months then they pushed me to get them shipped to another state and then forwarded to my home. After a recent investigation with the ***** I later found that Hydreight " Uber style *** system" does not allow you to pull up any information that you charted I was unable to pull previous consent forms, patient IV information, patient previous lab work I entered in. the medical director supposedly did l not enter consults into the *** database. I was promised things that were inaccurate. I later asked for proof of my malpractice insurance. I have been informed that we are not covered by this insurance they claim to have. I have yet to receive any email responses. I feel like they are just out for money. Ultimately, I would like a refund of my $2999.Business Response
