- Celmatrix Corporation values its relationship with its customers and therefore offers an easy return policy for its products purchased directly from it.
Under this policy, a Purchaser may return, within the applicable return policy period, products purchased directly from Celmatrix Corporation for a credit or refund, as follows:
Orders can be returned within 120 days of order receipt date, for a credit or refund of purchase price only (less applicable shipping/handling fees and Duties, Taxes Fees for Canadian Orders). In order to receive a refund customer must (1) contact customer service at (800) 351-6648 and request and obtain a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number within the 120 day period. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return package to Celmatrix Corporation.
Shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of the credit return authorization.
