May 7th 2025 agreed to try mini driver and buy 3 hybrid's with money back guarantee for trying driver. After medical issues, called May 8th, 2025 to cancel order. Order cancel was confirmed on phone and refund of $556.64 was to be issued. Called after couple of weeks and told by customer service that refund was sent to billing and would be sent next billing cycle. Did not receive after June 1st and called again, was told same information. It is now July 11th and still have not received refund on cancelled order #******.Business Response

I accepted the patriot Golf offer of three hybrids if I dont like the clubs, just return them and keep the wedge set and putter. I wanted to return them and was pressured into doing a half refund after I refused other offers than returning the clubs. This was May 1. I called again on June 1 after I didnt see the credit and was told oh the next billing cycle is coming up andit should be applied then in just a few days. on June 20 I checked and no credit had been issued. I sent an email to demanding an immediate credit or I was going to returnall the clubs. They did it that next day but it took a month and a half or more for them to credit me.Business Response

In regards to the language on the portion of the image the customer attached; this language is provided to us by our merchant and is after a refund has been processed on our end. It is to help customers determine a timeline after the fact.
As it states, it may take up to 5 days to show up on your credit card or bank statement and that credits will be back dated by your financial institution to the date that the merchant refunded the amount shown. In this case the remaining
part of this image would have shown $223.50 on 6/23/2025.

I am rejecting this response because: I dont understand how they can explain keeping a customers money after saying they would refund it for a month and a half or more before I have to finally demand again to have it refunded.Why do I have to chase them to refund my money? Many reviews say this is happening and being complained about a lot. I want everyone who is going to do business with them to understand this.

Golf clubs were ordered on April 11 and $556.64 was taken out of the account. Shortly after we called to cancel the order. Mid May we were told that the refund would be issued in their May "billing cycle". As of June 12th we still have not received a refund or received any product. I was sent an email through ******* about a free club trail on two separate occasions. It was two separate transactions first being for ****** and second being for ******. The promise was a 90 day risk free trail and if I don't like the clubs money sent back in exchange for the clubs. I did not realize they actually charged my credit card instead of simply putting a hold. Every time I called back to return, they "extended my test play" now in hindsight knowing it was going to be long enough for my credit card company to not take the claim to identify it as fraud.After a long battle I was able to get the ****** back. Now, I am in a fight for my life for the ****** to get back. Here is my timeline of events Every time I call, they offer a "new offer" instead of just issuing my refund.I am making it my mission to take them down. I will be calling every sponsor, event, veteran organization I can to ensure their true colors are shown. Apr25, 2024, I accept a deal from Patriot Golf (PG). I purchase 3 ***** (3,5,7) for $149US each and I receive a 1 wood for free. The deal included "Pursuit of Golf Happiness" such that I can test clubs for 90 days and receive 100% money back.I call PG on Jun25, 2024 regarding the return of 3 clubs and ******** stated my refund was secured and I would receive a call back where they would give me a Return Authorization Number (RAN).Having heard nothing, I call PG on Jul9, ***** and had to leave a message.Having heard nothing, I call PG on Jul15, 2024 where ****** told me they were experiencing extremely high call volume, someone would call me back and my refund was secure.Having heard nothing, I call PG on Nov22, 2024 and spoke with *******. This time I pushed to speak with management where they put me threw to ***. He offers numerous conditions trying to satisfy me with full set of irons, a putter, etc but I am not interested. I just want to send clubs back and receive my $447US. *** tells me the clubs are no good to him, PG cannot refurbish the clubs then they are just garbage so he tells me to keep the clubs and he will give me back 1/2 my money therefore $223.50US.Having heard nothing, I call PG on Jan20, 2025 and ******* puts me threw to ***. Told him I'm done and I am returning the clubs. *** tells me to keep them and he will refund me $327US thereby I am essentially paying $40US per club.Having heard nothing, I call PG on Apr9, 2025 and ******* puts me threw to ***. *** offers pitching wedge and a putter at no cost and again I refuse. *** tells me to expect an email within a week confirming refund.Having heard nothing, I call PG on May5, ************************************************************************************ to leave a message and hang up. On January 31, I contracted to have a Patriot Driver and Putter sent to me for free. Of course to have this sent you had to agree to test 3 Hybrids for a refundable fee of $498. I did my testing and decided to return the clubs. After being offered many different deals to keep the clubs we agreed on a refund of $349 with me not having to return the clubs. Counting that as my first interaction i have called a total of 5 times. Needless to say I have been promised a return call, checks in the mail all the issues I have read on previous posts. I have heard the delayed based on 2 billing cycles. My first request occurred in February. The people answering the phone are very pleasant and always make you think,, after they check with refund people, that everything will be taken care of. Purchase made on 10-24-24. Company has 45- day money back guarantee. I called for refund in 1-11-24 and spoke to *** and they kept offering me upgrades and persisted to not allow a refund. After several pleas for the refund, they proposed I keep product for $40/ea ($120 tot) and that I will be refunded $378 and that it would take two weeks to process refund check.1-31-24: follow-up call and spoke to ******** checking status, said it got lost in processing. Double checked the amount - confirmed $378.11-12-34: follow-up call and spoke to ******, transferred to ******, who said I would get an email from corporate about check by 11/22-11/27 - no email from corporate was sent or received.1-15-25: follow-up call with ******* about refund. Said it showed that refund had finally made it to processing. I never received an email prior to from corporate like previous representative stated.
