    Terrible! Made an order the day before Valentine's Day they guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day. Days later the order has still not been delivered and the only response I can get from Ruth roses via email and they are continuously giving me the runaround and not refunding my money. They offer a phone number but all you do is wait on hold and listen to music leave a message and then no one calls back. I've been told in three different emails now that they were investigating the issue and every response is never offered any more insight or any attempt at a resolution to the matter.

    Awful company. I ordered roses for my daughter on 1/23 to be delivered today and now they cannot find the order. This company is a big scam RUN. I am going to file a complaint with the Nevada Attorney Generals Office

    I am filing this review for this business from Knoxville, TN.
    In short they did not deliver on time as promised and after several phone calls they could offer no resolution.
    I don't believe they have an actual storefront in Knoxville, TN. the 844 phone number used to order is staffed off site went people whose primary language is not English.
    Avoid headaches an avoid this business!

    This is not a local florist! I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a colleague on Feb. 3rd. It was received a day later and left outside under a flag pole, without any contact. They hung up me twice when I called to discuss the issue. The third time I called, I told them that I would place a BBB review if they hung up on me. They kept me on hold for 10 minutes and then offered me a $5 credit. Absolutely unprofessional customer service and delivery.
    I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company.

    I placed an order for two different deliveries in Lebanon TN. One of my orders never was delivered. That was Saturday. This is Monday evening. They are STILL investigating. Are you freaking serious!!!! Don’t use this ripoff company. I’m about to disput the charge!!!

    For openers, I deliberately searched for a local florist closest to the delivery destination. Ruths Roses pops up. Local and family owned, I ordered an arrangement to be sent to a friend who is in hospice. I was very clear that the deliver was to be made on Saturday 01/04/2024 . The woman ASSURED me that the flowers were " In Stock" and there was " no problem" The delivery was supposed to be free but then I saw the $18.99 additional service fee. Turns out that Ruth's Roses is actually 268 miles distant from the delivery destination. AND THE FLOWERS WHERE NEVER DELIVERED. Stay away from these people. Its a scam.

    They lied about being local. Pathetic all around half dead flowers delivered and nothing close to what was paid for!
