My husband ordered a boutique of flowers, 6 balloons, chocolates, and a fullsize card for me to be delivered on Valentines Day. What is recieved was half dead/dying flowers, 1 half inflated balloon (not the 6 ordered), and a BLANK fullsized greeting card. He specifically paid extra for the large card and personal message, and it was blank! Not to mention the price tag left on one of the flowers. I contacted ****** Rose's and was told that due to me being unsatisfied with their substitutions, they would offer a partial refund. This has NOTHING to do with substitutions. Over half the flowers were dead/dying, I recieved 1 balloon and not the 6 that my husband paid for, and a blank card! Per their website it states Return Policy Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below:Return Eligibility Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered. I believe this is a potential business engaged in scheming to defraud. I have found multiple other complaints about this business where the customer purchases a particular item from the merchant that costs anywhere between $100 to $120 and then the item delivered by the merchant is not what the customer ordered. They then only refund $30 of the order and keep the rest of the customers money and refuse to respond. If the BBB could look into this, I believe it is an ongoing course of conduct by this business and is defrauding multiple customers.Business Response

I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines to be delivered to her job, a Bank. She left work at 4. No delivery. The bank closed at 6, she spoke with her *********** no delivery!! Sent numerous emails since all calls were sent to a voicemail. About 7:30, received an email delivery was made at 5:57!! 3 minutes before the doors are locked but absolutely nothing was delivered!! Called sat morning and was told it takes 48 hours to do their investigation with the delivery company. I said I wanted proof the flowers were delivered. A picture, a signature. It is not more than 48 hours later and NOTHiNG!!! Every time I call, get the run around. I told them I can provude the banks time stamped security camera photos, showing there was no delivery. Tell me I will hear back from them by 8:00 tonight. I highly doubt it. Once the transaction fully posts to our credit card, he will be disputing the charge with OUR proof the flowers were not delivered!!! This company is a total scam!!! Their customer service is absolutely horrible and they are all so rude. Stay far far away from this company.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have attached pictures of the flowers that were found left by the front door of my wifes job Tuesday, 2/18.. she works in a bank and the bank was closed in 2/17 for the holiday. The bank closed on 2/15 at 12 pm and they were not there. So we have no idea how long the flowers were sitting outside her job. Their customer service has not contacted me in any way to get this situation rectified. To only be given back 1/2 of the money is disgusting!! Those flowers are horrible!!! Just like this company!!! Total scam!!!

I placed an order for *********** Day flowers on January 28th, but they were never delivered. I also never received a delivery confirmation email, despite their website stating one would be sent. When I called to check, they insisted the flowers had been delivered. However, I have a doorbell camera, and there was no delivery or even an attempt. I ordered flowers from RUTH's ROSES on 2-12-2025 on line to be delivered the same day. I made a mistake with the number in the address. I had said the order was to be delivered to **************************************** Union, N.J. It actually should of been ( ************************* Union N.J. When I realized the mistake the following day. I called the number on my receipt ************. I was told they would reschedule the delivery. When they tried to deliver, the lady at 1212 refused them on the 12th. The driver called the persons number I was trying to send them to. She called him back and said the correct address was 1215 across the street. He told her he would have them reschedule the delivery. They also never called me about this issue. After several conversations and lies told to me that they would deliver them. They didn't. Also emails. Saying they delivered them. I didn't want a refund just the flowers sent to the correct address. Problem was never solved. Just continued lies. Flowers never sent to an ill person. They emailed me saying I can not be refunded. I said I did not want a refund. I want the flowers delivered. They said they would deliver them and they never did. I owned up to my mistake, they did not try at all to fix the problem. Their terms and conditions clearly stated if address was wrong they would contact the person who ordered them to remedy the situation. I was never called or emailed.
