    A DEBT COLLECTOR HAS CONTACTED ME AND THREATNED TO *** ME FOR A AUTO LOAN I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. IT HAS DAMAGED MY CREDIT KEEPING ME FROM GETTING ANYTHING IN MY NAME WHICH LET ME TO HAVE ANXIETY ATTACKS AND DEPRESSION NOW IM ON MEDICATION AND GOING TO THERAPY BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WONT LEAVE ME ALONE AND DELETE THIS FRAUDLENT ACCOUNT. ITS BAD ENOUGH I CANT FIGURE OUT WHO USED MY IDENTITY BUT NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY WONT GIVE ME ANY REAL EVIDENCE ON HOW THEY CAN PROVE I GOT THIS CAR WHICH I DIDNT. ALSO I NEVER GAVE THIS COMPANY CONSENT TO CONTACT ME AND NOW THEY HAVE A SECOND COMPANY AND ATTORNEY INVOLED THAT I DID NOT ALLOW TO CONTACT ME AS WELL. THESE COMPANIES BROKE SO MANY FCRA LAWS AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT I JUST WANT THE ACCOUNT DELETED FROM MY REPORT AND TO CEASE AND DESIST CONTACT WITH TROY CAPITAL AND THEIR ATTORNEIES.

    The consumer placed this complaint simultaneously with 3 other **** Complaints which have all been addressed. The consumer has already acknowledged the account and has been aware for over a year that this account was purchased by Troy Capital in early 2023. Previously, he offered to resolve the matter, then later failed to complete the agreement. The account was forwarded to our legal representatives in ******** for further handling. Consumer is aware of this, as he has been in contact with their office, and has been made aware that neither Troy Capital, LLC nor RVO report any tradelines to any credit bureaus and cannot effect the reporting of other companies. All complaints have been responded to via the **** portal and the consumer verified that he received the responses. Documents validating the account have been provided to the consumer and notwithstanding the fact that the consumer's previous acknowledgement of the claim and offer of resolution would normally not indicate fraud on a claim, our legal representatives have already sent out a fraud packet to the consumer so that his claims may be further investigated.  If there are further questions, he may contact our representatives at **************.

    My original contract was with Santander. Ive never heard of Troy Capital. They just recently started calling me repeatedly about a debt I owe them. Troy Capital is demanding I pay them money. ********* marked my account as charged off.

    As confirmed by ****************, she entered into an agreement with Santander Consumer USA ("Santander') for the purchase of a 2014 Lexus ES. She is correct that ********* charged off the account ending in 8051000 which was thereafter sold to Troy Capital, LLC in March 2023. Attached are documents to validate the claim and amounts due.     Troy capital llc has done 2 credit inquiries without my approval the first time i disputed it and it was taken off my credit history but they have recently for a second time ran my credit without my approval September 19th 2022
