I applied for this loan through this company. First she told me I had to come up with $150 insurance on it. OK I did today she tells me oh you have to come up with $200 more to complete something else else then she tells me I have to come up with $300more to complete it and then she tells me I had to go up with $399 more. No I cant afford that thats why I told her to send me a promissory note and then she tells me oh we have to have $400 moreto continue with it. She lied. Her name is ******** ******. The company is in ********* ******. The phone number that I was calling is in ************* The taxes I had to pay Was from ********. Why would I have to pay taxes in ******** for a company thats in ********* that Im dealing with a company in ************* and I live inthe state of *****. I looked into it. Its a scam. I have been scammed for over $850.00 I would like to get my money back,but because I put it on ******* money card and send it to them, she says that I cant get my money back and I told her I said I will turn yall into the Better Business Bureau and thats exactlywhat Im doing right now because I cannot afford to sue this company to get my money back because it would cost me too much money sue them for $850.00. Then I was told it was gonna cost me $200 to cancel the loan. This loan company has scammed me even though the lady promised it was not a scam it is.Customer Answer

The cancellation will be processed today if you have made your decision to cancel the transaction and the loan after which the total amount of $800 will be refunded back to you once the loan is cancelled but to cancel the ongoing transaction you will need to pay the cancellation fee of $200 ********* can either pay the cancellation fee of $200 and take your refund of $800 or you can pay the $300 and take the loan along with a refund of $1050 as the $300 is refundable even if you pay it.Please decide and let me know.Customer Answer

These people prey on people that are already in a tight spot. Got approved for 2000 loan Supposed to get in 45 min.That didn't happen the next day Got email and call saying need to pay taxes on loan and it will be refunded with loan paid ****** Money Supposed to be deposited into my account. Never happened I received another call wanting ****** I checked them out online and I believe they are a rip off demanded return of my money and was completely dismissed like I didn't say a word They're still calling. in FEBUARY OF THIS YEAR I WAS LOOKING FORA LOAN AND INSTALLMENT LOANS APPROVED A $2000 LOAN BUT *********** SAID MY CREDIT SCORE WAS TO LOW AND THAT I NEED TO PAY AN INSURANCE FEE OFF $110 WITCH I DID THEN *** GOT BACK ON THE LINE AFTER I TRANSFERD THE $110 AND SAID THAT I WAS ON ABLACL ,LIST AND THAT I NEED TO PAZY A ADDITIONAL $195 TO GET MY NAME OFF THE LIST AND TO BE ABLE TO GET THE LOAN I COUNCILED THE LOAN BECUSE THAT WAS NOT WHAT I AGREED TO DO AND I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK THE $110 I TRANFERED OVER AS AN INSURENCE AND ***************** THAT THE MONEY WILL BE BACK ON MY CASH APP IN 10 BUSSINESS DAYS IT BEEN WILL OVER A 10 DAY .Initial Complaint

Installment loans **** **************************** ********* ** ***** phone number **************. These people had to send them $150.00 through a go2bank card purchased at ********** 30 minutes later the call saying funds were on hold, and they needed additional $200.00 to get the funds released. These kinds of people should not be allowed to continue to take advantage of people who are already struggling. The first person I spoke with said his name was *****, and the next person was a woman who said her name was ****. This has been a horrible experience. This business is partnered with Experian, their personal loan option. This company decided to take my personal information then send me to a 3rd party company to sign up for their debt handling service. This company should he barred from handling personal information if they are not a lender. They claim to have loan options but they are using deceptive practices to harvest consumer information. Also, this company doesn't have a phone # to contact to resolve disputes. I want any and all inquiries towards my credit removed because they lied about offering lending services.Initial Complaint

Trying to get loan, on August 16th it was approved if I paid 200 dollars for FDIC insurance. So I did then the 17th they say I got to pay 350 dollars for state department paid it, said money will be transferred in 20 minutes. They call me back and say I had to pay 450 dollars for taxes, so I paid , which I've never had to pay taxes on a unsure loan because it's not income. Now they are wanting another 400 for something else and I've came to my end.
