    This business is an Eyelash Extensions business in beauty and the owner of this business requires a $25 deposit in order to secure an appointment that is booked. I, *******************************, booked an appointment with this business for June 17th, 2023 at 11:00am and I sent over a deposit of $25 through a Zelle transaction that was meant to go towards my appointment. On the day of my eyelash appointment this business owner I waited outside of the location of my appointment at 11:00am and the lady then cancelled my appointment through Direct Message on Instagram at exactly 11:24am, 24minutes after my appointment. I, *******************************, then proceeded to accept the cancellation and asked for my money of $25 for the deposit of this service to be returned and this business owner by the name of *************************** then refused to refund my money as she cancelled my appointment in the very last minute and I did not get no service by her nor did I reschedule with her for another service and she still has not refunded me my $25 deposit money back for a service that was cancelled 24minutes after my schedules appointment time and I did not receive. The business owner then told me that the money has been spent on supplies for me, which I believe is a false statement because as a business owner all these supplies are on hand with the business owner at all times already, as I am not the only person she had planned to service. I would appreciate it if this business owner can refund my $25 for a service I never received and had cancelled on me 24minutes after my appointment time.
