All confirmed orders are protected by a 'same or better' seat guarantee.
Customers may return the product only in accordance with BravoTickets.com's return policy in effect on the date of the invoice.
Unless otherwise stated in writing and signed by a BravoTickets.com officer, no return, no cancellation and no exchange of any product will be accepted for any reason.
Return policy in effect states:
There are absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges of products purchased from BravoTickets.com. Once a product is purchased it is a final sale. If in the case of an officially cancelled event caused by illness, injury, production closing, an act of God, act of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability or any other event beyond our control; a full in-house credit for the entire purchase amount will be given OR a refund will be given to the customer for the face-value only of the tickets once the tickets are returned to our office. Tickets must be returned to our office within 10 days after the printed performance date on the ticket. The full in-house credit may be used for events taking place throughout the United States and does not expire.
