    My parents bought me Alpha Bluetooth Headphones from this store for $499.99 somewhere between August 1-3 2022. I wrote to the company the email asking about the refund yesterday since I found the headphones to be uncomfortable. They informed me that their store doesn't do refunds. I looked at the laws in the state of Nevada and saw that sellers are required to provide the refund within 10bd if the item looks like new. And it is, I haven't used it. I messaged them asking about the state law but they didn't respond to me
