    I was only trying to reach the **************** of transportation . Their website took me to this question forum and it made me put my credit card in and said that I would be charged $1 that would be refunded. I checked my back account right after and not only did they charge me the one dollar that was not refunded but $46 that was never supposed to be charged. I didnt get any product I wasnt supposed to get any product, and I wasnt supposed to be charged anything

    I contacted **** tonight because my internet wasnt working. I was asked if I had connected the internet provider (which I thought was ****) to see if the problem was regional. I said I didnt know who to call so I was directed to HOWLY and I would be charges $1 and refunded. I was directed to pay through PayPal by Howly and was charged $46 and $1. We never got to an answer as they said they were busy and to wait. The $46 charge was completed instantly and I didnt have the option to stop it. Then the $1 charge came up and I excepted it. I went back to my PayPal account and saw both charges. This is an intentional trick if not fraud by Howly and I dont know why **** led me this way unless I was misdirected by something that said it was **** customer service.

    I reached out to Howly.com to address a home improvement question. They could not help me and referred me to another business, but in order to discover that, I had to take a next step and sign up for a membership that I understood from the website was temporary and would only cost me $1. They then charged me $46 for a renewing membership (likely described somewhere in "fine print"). I never used their services as they were unable to provide the services I was requesting. I asked for a refund and they refused.

    I was online trying to get information about a tracking number and Howly popped up asking if I wanted help from an expert for $1. I agreed and put my credit card information in. They charged me $46 and put me in some membership subscription. Absolutely insane! I did NOT agree to that amount. I cancelled subscription and asked for a refund but nothing.

    Had a $50 credit on Upside app. Suddenly, its not taking my password. Online chat with their customer service and he says another app, **********************, and I would have to pay $1 for them to fix. I put in my cc info and immediately got an alert from my bank. They were trying to run a $55 charge through my account. I denied the charge but this is completely unacceptable. They even asked for the password to my email account which I did NOT give. Both apps, Upside and Howly, are scams.

    03/12/2024 Went onto howly site who claimed to answer my problem with charge of $1 Technition just asks questions in chat. Did not answer any questions. I requested a cancellation and was then informed I had been charged for the month. I immediately checked my credit card account to find the charge for $1 and a further charge of $55. This was not disclosed in initial description of web site. A Scam site.
