      On 11/27/2024 I went for a Drug test for a job as a Cab driver, I went to American Toxicology on ********** and valley view ,on the afternoon of thanksgiving eve, I had to take 2 Drug tests,My urine came back clean however my hair came back said I have cocaine , I was livid because I dont do drugs , And have over 28 years in N.A. and AA ,so I immediately offered my employer to pay for for the retest ,(because I knew I was clean if cocaine and all Drugs,) so I went to the sunrise location and right off the get go they were treating me like a drug attic in denial, another client who was at the same location at the same time and she was there (got her contact info) She was like me her urine was clean however her hair had cocaine in it however she never did drugs ,and immediately when the receptionist staff seen us talking she was escorted to the parking lot by one of the receptionists (told not to talk to me because each case is different) and the other receptionist rushed me in and took my hair , I was in and out in 10 minutes the other lady was there for 3 hours, When my results came back I now had coke meth and other forms of cocaine,so the same test produces 2 different results and I was livid because I Dont do drugs , when I went to have them make my test invalid ,I called the general manager and she yelled at me and told me to accept the results even though they were wrong and told me never to call them or email them or there going to call the police and get me for harassment,( not professional ) it appears the general manager should be tested for her rude attitude and yelling at me , as I Dont do drugs. This test was obviously contaminated and it gave 2 different results , and this costed me a job because of there negligence, and its a insult and I feel violated because I Dont do drugs and they expect me to accept there faulty drug test , Told me to accept the results and deal with it it , I will be taking them to small claims court

      UNFORTUNATELY, MR. ******** TOXICOLOGY CLINICAL TESTING RESULTS FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT WITH A TAXICAB COMPANY CAME UP POSITIVE FOR DRUGS.  AFTER BEING ASKED TO COLLECT ANOTHER SAMPLE BY THE TAXICAB COMPANY AND RUN ANOTHER TEST A PERIOD OF TIME AFTER THE FIRST TEST, THE SECOND TEST CAME UP POSITIVE ALSO.  MR. ****** CAN NOT ACCEPT THE RESULTS AND THEREFORE HAS GONE ON A CAMPAIGN OF HARRASSMENT AND COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE COMMUNICATION WITH US.  THIS COMPLAINT BEING A CONTINUATION OF THIS COMPAIGN. 
      WE ARE A TESTING FACILITY AND WE CONTRACT WITH EMPLOYERS.  IF HE HAS A PROBLEM NOT BEING HIRED BY THE EMPLOYER HE NEEDS TO DEAL WITH THEM.  THEIR POLICIES DETERMINE WHETHER HE IS HIRED OR NOT.
      CONTINUED HARRASSMENT OF OUR PERSONNEL BY HIM WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.

      I am rejecting this response because: as asked on 12/14/2024 . they asked me to not call or visit there (it would be harassment) office or discuss this with there employees,Per  ****** ***** , obviously the hair was contaminated and I have witness to this fact as they decided to cover up this instead of  readminsterig hair tests all over again ,they choose to retest contaminated hair there was another person (who lives in the apartments next store ) As they Told her that they get 5 to 10 people  like me a week  addicts in Denial  as I was there for 10 minutes and my witness was there for 3 hours , as her test came up the same as mine at first  then her next test came back negative ,and my test came up positive for more things than before  (cocaine meth amphetimine opiates ) down for the retest  I met ,as far as  harassment its coming from there side , I have witness reports and if they want legal action they shall have legal action , as this was another attempt attempt to  work this out before it went to file in court ,American Toxicology is too powerful they have the state contract for courts ,Cps and anything state appointed ,ask your self how many innocent people are in prison because these people trying  administer false positive tests and not doing anything about it ,or Cps taking children away ,Fact hair tests or only 60 percent accurate ,this was a attempt at trying to to work out ,  Bottom Line you have 2 tests taking on thanksgiving eve and 4 different results for 2 people  instead of retesting from scratch  they retested previous hair (witness had same hair retested as she waited there 3 hours and I was in  and out in 10 minutes,Ive been clean and sober for 28 years starting over 280 Recovery  meetings here in ********* over those years  ,I have therapists welfare  social workers and other people in this community who  will go to court as witnesses for my character and how much this  false positive test result has made my life problematic , and cost me any job in the cab driver business , I will be moving forward legally ,thank you BBB for trying to help me resolve this ,unwanted discrimination is Harassment as Looking at this response they are  guilty of it who is wrote the response
