    I paid this business over $2k in fund, with the promise that my students loans would be consolidated. I did some personal research and digging and attached you will find very USEFUL information to TRACK down the criminals involved in THIS FRADULANT CASE!!!

    On July 28th I thought I called what was my student loan company. I actually called this company. They offered me a great deal on my student loans. After giving all my info and signing a contract is when I started realizing things seemed a little off. I did further research and found this company to be a fraud. I sent an email later that same day to cancel but got an email back saying couldn't be sent. I am now writing a hand written letter to cancel. I tried calling back to cancel and ***** answer the phone. Contract states I have 14 days, and I am within my time frame. I just want my contract canceled and no repercussions from this.

    Fully Disabled. Received letter from ********** of ********* stating student loan is forgiven. Student processing center still charging me a monthly fee even though student loan forgiven. They stated I have to continue to pay them or student loan will go in default and I will be required to pay full balance of student loan. The website now shows they are in **********.

    I am writing about a recent phone call conversation referencing my current student loan and the steps for consolidation. The information provided was not related to my loan servicing company. I contacted them and they were not able to follow up with the information that was provided. I was led to believe that I was communicating with a Navient customer service representative. I do not wish to use this service and the information was very misleading as a customer. I asked numerous questions about the **** form to MOHELA and they were not able to provide the information I requested to submit the correct documentation. Unfortunately, I had given out my personal information. I have reported this company and immediately called my bank.

    The third-party debt relief company that I have the issue with is Student Processing LLC. I received a letter in the mail, around November 2022, entailing the possibility of consolidation of my federal student loans, so I called to inquire. They explained that under the ***** Act for college student loans, I was eligible for a lower payment plan to pay towards my loan for a set length of time, 20 years, then any balance at that time will then be waived completely.It wasn't until I received a letter from EdFinancials, May 2023, explaining their current transference of locations and how to handle payments during that timeframe that I called and asked, assuming this was the same company connected to Student Processing. It was then that it came to my attention the monthly payments that were automatically being withdrawn from my bank account were not at all going towards my federal loan debt and that Student Processing have had many complaints filed against them most recently.The transactions started December 18th, 2022 and have been continuously till today. The business has not tried to resolve the problem and I took further action with my bank to not have any more transactions be approved.You will see these transactions in the supporting documents; account/order/tracking number4

    Contacted Navient due to not being able to access my account through the app to make my payment. Navient transferred me to what I thought was still part of Navient to discuss student loan debt forgiveness. They had all my personal info so I assumed they were legit. They told me to pay an initial payment of $385 and an additional $385 for the next 2 months before I'd be paying $59.99/month for the next 33 months, at which point the remainder would be forgiven. I have $107,000 in student loan debt between me and my parent plus loans for my kids. I should have known it was too good to be true but because I had called Navient directly and been transferred I wasn't skeptical, until I got an email from *********** saying they were concerned I'd been scammed by a company trying to access my info. I canceled my credit card after trying to contact them and getting failed delivery from emails and not being able to get someone on the phone. Thankfully, I only paid the initial $385 before digging deeper and discovering I'd been scammed. The fact I was transferred from Navient to this company is disheartening.

    We thought we did our due diligence and investigated for legitimatecy. We paid an initial $362 each and have paid a total of $4,500. Received a call in March saying everything is paid in full and that we needed to just wait for some paperwork to be completed and that it was done. Received a call Jun 6, 2023 from MOHELA student loan services saying they don't know who student processing centers is and that our payments will resume very soon.Money is already tight now, it's going to be even worse.We just want our money back.

    I decided to cancel my agreement within the company's timeframe. The agreement letter said to request cancellation in writing via their email: **************************** When I emailed that address a reply came back stating the email was invalid. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: *************************** No Such User Here The caller gave me a hard time when requesting to cancel. After spending 45min on the call, I still never received confirmation of the cancellation. When I asked to speak with the supervisor, the caller stated her supervisor left and she doesn't know when she will return. The caller stated she could not cancel my agreement without her supervisor. This sounds like a scam to me so I called my back to informed them is this issue.

    I made a mistake as I was searching for the phone number of my student loan service provider but ****** led me to this business instead. I thought their loan forgiveness would help me however my bank rejected their payment, which should've been a red flag. I ended up in deferment from my student loan provider, so I didn't need them anyway. They have called several times, even after I already told them I don't need their help anymore. They have texted me constantly over a payment that I do not owe them at all. I've even gotten a threatening sounding voicemail from them. I believe that they are scamming people with their official looking phone number and the fact that they are, for some reason, at the top of a ****** search when people are looking for their student loan provider.
