              T1 has not answered any of our calls or emails regarding the return of our reserves and funds. We have over 30 emails and calls into their office with no response. I would like our funds sent back immediately as we have already gone past your 9 month period for potential chargebacks.

              We left this business early this year. the owed us $6987.00. we were told they would hold until Nov/December 2021. This is going our kill out business we owe our manufacturer and we promised them all this money. Now we have nothing - the desired outcome would be money owed plus interest.

              T1 Payments are literally defrauding 30+ companies. They are a payment processor, who charge high rolling reserves 5-10%. they collect massive amounts of these rolling reserves than cut off communication with your company. their phone number doesn't work and the emails they used to talk to you on they simply don't respond too. Furthermore they cut us off from all of our transaction data two so we can see easily how much they truely owe us. If you look at trust pilot they have done this 30+ companies *********************************************** And several more cash rich companies who can afford to sue them are suing them: ********************************************************************** They have not gave any indication of paying us back. They are defrauding lots of small and large business anywhere from $10k - $600k+. We have about $15K outstanding with them, and i simply want it back. This isn't a refund. It is returning money which they have stolen from us.

              T1 terminated our account citing decision from their risk department and withheld our funds claiming release 9 months after the last chargeback. That period was exhausted in August 2021 and now their phone number is disconnected and no one is responding from *******@t1payments.com or *****@t1payments.com . I reached out to their lawyer Korey K***** who claimed that an early termination fee would swallow most of the money, but I don't see how that is applicable since the Terms of Service states early termination costs only applies if the merchant closes the account, which we did not, but were arbitrarily terminated by T1. Please clarify.

              T1 Payments is a credit card processing company. I was using their services for processing credit card payments on our ecommerce store. This company is holding over 12k dollars of our money. We have attempted to contact this company and have been unsuccessful in speaking or reaching them by email. I would love to speak to this company about getting our funds back.

Please refer to the email communication and the merchant terms and conditions for any additional details. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/07/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have reached out to T1 payment via email and via phone. It appears there phone lines have been disconnected and I have not gotten a response from them via email regarding my questions . I would love a phone call from them or at least a detailed email regarding the reason they have been holding the funds for two months( I have read the terms and conditions) . I own a small business and these funds are detrimental to my day to day operations. My phone number is ************ or email *****************************. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/07/27) */ This merchant has received funds and we are continuing to monitor the account for future releases. T1 Payments is upholding its contractual terms and obligations set forth in the agreement. We have been in contact directly with the merchant and will continue to correspond with them. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2021/07/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) T1 keeps saying we have received funds. Yes, we have received approximately 12% of the funds that are being held. The agreement that was signed upon the merchant services stated nothing about holding the main amount of money. It only stated about holding reserves for 6 months. After the 6 months procured then the reserve would be released fast by day. You are not only holding the reserve which hasn't been released daily you are also holding all funds that have been processed with you. Please send the terms and agreements that state about T1 shutting down all processing for everyone and holding all cleared processing money not including reserves. Once a month emails with no availability to respond back is not communication. Communication is proceeded with a statement and a response. There isn't communication if there can't be a response. This is the only means of true communication we have had with T1. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2021/07/29) */ Pursuant to Section 8.3 of the agreement, upon termination the funds held in reserve and in arrears may all be converted into the reserve for a minimum of 9 months from the last transaction, chargeback, or refund. Due to the uncertainties associated with the future after termination of an account, T1 Payments is required to maintain the reserve to account for fines, fees, chargebacks, etc. Consumer Response /* (4200, 15, 2021/07/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) So even though there is a limit of 120 days on a charge back you are going to hold my transaction funds for 9 months. So by the end of 9 months I will receive all of my held transaction funds and the reserve funds should be release within 6 months?

NO statement, no any specific details, but only a single line saying the numbers; 2. T1 payments does not reply to my email communications, nor telephone calls; 3. it was said "a minimum of 9 months", but T1 payments never give us a plan of when and how the reserve will be released to us; therefore, my Complaint is still valid, they must: 1. provide details of when and how, the remains will be distribute to us, with a detailed statement for each batch; 2. communicate with us, not only response to authorities like BBB;

              We contracted T1 Payments, a merchant provider early in 2020. Several months later we were informed by email the services were being cancelled, our funds would be held for 9 months. After this time period we tried contacting T1 over 40 unanswered emails. Googling T1 Payment tactic they often cancel and delay or not return funds. See BB reports. Their email: *****@t1payments.com Dec 4, 2020, 4:03 PM Pursuant to Section 8.3, upon termination the funds held in reserve and in arrears may all be converted into the reserve for a minimum of 9 months from the last transaction, chargeback, or refund. Please contact us through this email address in 6 months so that we can revisit your account and determine a release.

              We have used T1 Payments to process our online payments. On May 7th, 2021 we made the difficult decision to close our business. T1 has still not released the remaining funds in our account totaling over $85,000. We no longer can access their website. Their phone and email support have been disconnected, and there has been no further communication about when these funds will be released. Looking for an anticipated release date of these funds and contact from T1 Payments.
