    On 12/5/22, I purchased two shirts online for $86.71. I received an email that my order has been processed, my card was charged, and I was advised that I would be receiving the shirts in the next several weeks. This did not happen and I found an email address for the business. I emailed 3 times with the order number and that I did not receive the items purchased. In the final email, I just asked for my money back. I did not receive a response for any of the emails I sent. The two numbers listed on the internet did not seem to be valid as they both went to a generic voicemail.

    Ordered clothing December 9th 2022 for $37.50 and was sent confirmation. The business took money from my account and never sent merchandise. Received emails from the business saying it will be delivered several times and no working phone number available. Contacted the Chamber of Commerce in ***** and they looked into it and no business. The site remains open for people to order and I have received messages from others that they too were not given merchandise as ******** ******** messenger.

    On December 16, 2022, I placed an order for a T-shirt from Threads of eNVy as a Christmas gift. As of January 23, 2023, the shirt has yet to ship. Ive contacted Threads of eNVy multiple times via phone and email and only ever received one email response from customer service about changing my shipping address - I have not received any response to my repeated questions about when my item will ship & my request for a refund for the $10 I paid for priority rush shipping.
