      Date: 8/19/2023 I visited the **** store to purchase 2 Galaxy S23+'s. The employee informed me of a promotion that they had that did not exist unbeknownst to me. He declared that I could get $800 for both my previous ******* phones purchased from **** including any model (*******), any condition. The phones involved for the trade in were a ******* Galaxy Note 5 and a Galaxy Note 8. ************** which the employee declared were good and accepted for the promotion. He supposedly said they did not have the colors in stock for the phones we wanted. ***** said to come back Mon-Thurs and he would take care of the trade in. So we waited for the phone to come in the mail and went back on that following Thursday.The employee was not there and the manager ********************* said she could do nothing about it but offered another promotion for another phone which we did not come to buy. Whether employees are taught to go rogue and make up promotions is disingenuous and unprofessional. ***** also knew we had just had a garage fire, and that we could not be present in the house for 3-4 months so things were already hard enough while insurance is taking care of the repairs. All the employee added by lying was another inconvenience, and hardship. It makes me wonder why he said the phones were not in stock cause if they were ***** would have had to make good on the false promotion in the store right then and there.I also called to complain over the phone in which they also declared they could do nothing for me except make record of the complaint. After a some research I have found that **** has a track record of doing this to it's customers and it's unacceptable.Store: *****************************************************************************

      I have had ongoing service issues with ***** I had reported it numerous times which they advised me to keep upgrading my phone and that it would resolve the issue. I even went right before I had my service turned off not even a month before, and had my son pay almost $300 to get a new phone because his phone was still having issues as well and I kept getting told oh well just change the phone and it will increase the service and work better and never did it never resolved, so I finally reached out to Better Business Bureau and then I get a call from corporate and the lady was extremely rude not helpful and I said you know what Im done with this. I dont want the service anymore so which I had to go and pay for all my new phones at a different company and have my phone numbers transferred because of the lack of help from **** then I told them they can have all their phones back but I wanted a full refund for the phone I just purchased for my son Not even a month prior and I was told that no I cannot return any of the phones and I need to pay for everything on the service even though the service was bad and they never resolve my issues so I dont know what to do now from this point because the lady I talk to, and their corporate was extremely rude and I mean extremely rude and I would love for that call to be pulled and for somebody higher up to go over this I just wanna resolution they can have Other Phones back they should have been charging me for service because it wasnt working and I kept complaining and complaining and I want to be refunded for the last one that I purchased fully

      I have been a customer of ATT ********************** for 23 years. 32 months ago I moved from ********* ** to West *********************. After ************************************************************** my neighbourhood. I have called ATT serveral times and the usuall answer is they are working on it. I am limited to wireless calling with has its own limitations with 800, 888 or 866 numbers. Simple question! Are you going to expand your service that I can get service in *********************** Nevada ( at my house)? A city with population of over 300K? or Should I take my 4 lines after 23 years to ******* to ******** which they offer service in my area?

      I called **** to cancel my *************** on 2/28/23 as I was moving. The representative transferred me to the department that handles cancellations. The representative in that department suspended my account through 4/28/23 and advised no fees would be incurred through that date. During that time I could determine if I wanted to cancel or transfer my service. I called back on 3/28/23 to cancel and I noticed late fees and monthly charges were being added to my account. The cancellation department credited all late and monthly fees and apologized and stated that should not happen due to my account only be suspended while I decided if I would transfer. I have since called on 4/10, 4//12, 4/15 and 5/4 as yet again my account was charged late fees and monthly fees. I am placed on hold awaiting someone to help me for over *********************************************************** to receive service. I called 5/7 and the automated system tells me my account is delinquent, must be paid and will not transfer me to someone that can credit the erroneous charges and cancel my account. All I want is to have the $230 credited and my account canceled. I do not wish to do business with the company. Account number: *********
