I went through the car wash located on ********************************** on 2/26/2025 with my 2024 ****** GR 86, midway through the wash my front left tire went flat I could feel/hear the flat tire in the car wash bay and upon exiting I limped across **************** to the ********** parking lot to see the damage. The wheel cleaner brush had ripped out the valve stem and the wheel sensor unit I went across the street and filed a damage report only to learn on 2/27/2025 that they would not pay for the damages. On 2/26/2025 I had to have my car towed to ******** ****** on *************** in ************** which All State did cover the towing 100% and I lost a days wages because I had no access to a automobile I was charged $80.00 for the repair and was only seeking the $80.00 reimbursement and nothing more my car only has 5000 miles on itInitial Complaint

I recently discovered i have been getting billed for 3 vehicles when i only have 2 on the car wash plan since may of 2023. I do have bank statements to provide if needed. 2 charges of $21.74 and $22.83 come out on the same day and a 3rd charge of $30.44 comes out about 2 weeks later. once I found this issue I stopped into the *********** location on 1/23/25 and spoke with a manager and they said I have 2 accounts for some reason and only show 2 vehicles on them. they told me i should only be getting billed for the $30.44 and $21.74. they could not tell me why I have been getting billed for 3rd vehicle and said it must have been a error on their end and to contact corporate with the phone number he provided. I have left 2 voicemails and submitted a claim on their website with no communication back from them. the manager at the *********** location did refund me januarys 3rd vehicle withdraw of $22.83, but i am still owed for the prior 20 months of payments of $22.83 each which is a total of $456.60Initial Complaint

I am writing to formally request a refund for unauthorized charges on my account. I terminated my car wash membership on December 15, 2023, but *********** has continued to bill me $31.99 for services linked to a customer named ****** *., with whom I have no connection. Additionally, I have never owned, used, or had any connection to ****** R.s vehicle, nor have I authorized any charges related to her account or services.Since December 23, 2023, I have repeatedly contacted your team to resolve this issue and cancel the erroneous charges. On January 4, 2025, customer service at one of your San Antonio locations conducted an investigation and confirmed that Go Car Wash was mistakenly billing me for services related to ****** *. I have not lived in *********** since October 2023.Given this confirmation of fraudulent billing, I am requesting a full refund of all charges made to my account after December 15, 2023, the date I terminated my membership.Please process this refund promptly and confirm once the refund has been initiated. August 2024 I used go car wash (*************) to wash my car. I paid $28. Dec 18 I noticed charge for $28. A trip to the car wash I was told by the manager that I was being charge because I selected monthly. I was shown the screen that shows two options. I told the mgr I did not request the monthly option. I was given a tel. number **********. I got a recording, leave name, number, reason and they will call back. For two weeks call, no return. I believe the payment screen is misleading and does not explain the monthly charge. The Mgr told me the mistake was made before. I am attempting to recover $112. I was being auto drafted monthly for carwash services, but starting about 2/29/24 they started double billing me. I did not discover it until Dec. 24. I have been in personally 4 times, talked to manager and staff they claimed corporate must refund the money. I have called and emailed corporate many times never any response. I have complained to my credit card company but they can't do more than file a dispute for one month back, they claim. I have a monthly membership to Go Car Wash and $22.00 is deducted monthly from my bank account via electronic bank transfer. When I arrived to my usual local car wash on Sunday December 1, 2024 , I was denied and told that my membership was not active because the debit card I had on file was expired and I had to pay for the service. I knew that was not the case and there was another customer that had the same issue. I told the attendant, that I wanted to cancel the membership and since they alleged that my card was expired, I should not receive any further charges. I went to another chain car wash and purchased a membership from that company. On Thursday December 5, 2024, I noticed that Go Car Wash had deducted $22 from my bank account. i stopped by my local car wash and they said they could cancel my membership and return only $10.00 because of time had lapsed on my membership (pro-rated rate). I called Go Car Wash, sent messages through their website and received no response. I find their unauthorized deduction from my account and their continued lack of response unprofessional and unjust. I was on vacation in **********, ***** in August I went to the gocarwash on August the 8th on my way home. I purchased a car wash for ***** which I thought was high because it was not a detail job it was just a drive-thru I vacuumed it myself. They told me that was the only thing they had and I could use it for 2 months I said I'm not hear 2 months I said I'm just here on vacation they said then just give your receipt to someone you've met here and when they come in we'll change it to their name. They did not tell me that I was subscribing to any type of a plan or anything with them it was just a car wash. Which didn't even clean my car I had to run it through twice while I was there. I have left all kinds of messages at different numbers with this company I have gone to go *********** and submitted my complaint. I finally did get a guy named *** that called and left me a message one day saying that they needed my tag number on my car my name and my phone number which I had already put all of that information out there for them I haven't heard back from him I got charged on my charge card $28 on September the 8th $***** on October the 8th and now I just looked at my statement online and they have charge me another $***** for November. I just looked at a complaint from somebody else that they got charged ***** for 7 months I don't know if he ever got it resolved. I have disputed this with my charge card company the September one they told me that they weren't going to do nothing about it so I don't know what the reason was for that they are still looking into the $***** for October and November. I have canceled that card hopefully the new card they can't get into it to charge me anymore but I need a credit for this $28 and the two ***** and they'll probably need to send me a check since I've canceled the card.
