    Reserved hall for 2 hours for the amount of $400 the agreement was made on the 13th the event was to take place the 17th for we pass after a funeral that morning upon Awakening my eldest aunt which is 72 was not feeling well the funeral was for our first cousin so we canceled I spoke with ************* he told me that the contract is if I'm looking at it they keep the $100 everything else to be is to be refunded he did not refund it immediately after he told me it would be there the next day I gave him a few days I reached out to him on November 22nd he responded by saying it would be there at the end of the week the end of the week passed it was not there I called him again on November 29th same thing wait until December 4th he contacted me back December 6th and it will be there at the end of the week today is December 11th I still do not have a refund I have kept the ***** between me and ************* and I also have a copy of the contract

    OK ************ ******************* is actually totally right. I did tell her Through text messages its up to my discretion to refund her $100 to $200. She dont get no refund back at the deposit is nonrefundable when you book our event at any banquet facility and you cancel your event, the date of, you forfeited your contract. She told me something about her aunt being sick and I said I will consider giving you something back but I have now until 90 days to do that. That currently day of a ****** I had staff and everyone ready to work, and she never showed up what she did call me and cancel two hours in advance of her event.
    So Again as The law states I have up to 90 days to refund any money back up to my discretion. 
    On top of, I had got a new phone and I lost her contact. I just reached out to one of her family members yesterday to get her contact information I can and today I get a call from you guys.
