    Complaint Details:Transaction Date: January 28, 2025 Amount Paid: $200.00 (deposit)Payment Method: Credit Card Description of Complaint:On January 28, 2025, I paid a $200 deposit for vehicle transportation services. The company committed to securing a driver within ***** hours, as I needed my vehicle transported by January 30, 2025, before vacating my ******. The companys representative assured me that if a driver was not found in time, I could store my vehicle at their local facility for an additional $30 per day.Upon paying the deposit, I received no further communication from the company, despite their promise to call me or my daughter with updates. My multiple attempts to contact the company via phone went unanswered, and my daughter also attempted to reach them on January 29, 2025, without success. Due to the company's failure to provide the agreed-upon service or maintain communication, I was left with no choice but to find alternate transportation for my vehicle.When I was finally able to speak with a company representative, I was told they were experiencing "phone issues," which does not justify their breach of agreement and lack of communication. I formally requested a refund due to their failure to provide the promised service. Instead of issuing the refund, I was informed that my deposit would only be returned if I removed a negative review on ******, which is an unethical and potentially deceptive business practice.Desired Resolution:I am formally requesting a full refund of my $200 deposit due to the company's failure to provide the agreed-upon transportation service and lack of communication.     I could not open the file to respond with the file number provided. ****** ******** was refunded in full and she has received the refund from our merchant account as she entered her credit card information not us, we don't take credit card numbers due to security reasons. Therefore, her false claim that we charged it again after she removed another negative review she gave us on ****** is not legitimate and holds no foundation. She has been referred to our legal department for a personal vendetta she has with the owner of the company and we will be suing to the fullest degree of the law for all of her harassment and false allegations. I have attached the refund receipt. Please let me know if you have any questions

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I posted an honest review and the owner stated the only way to receive my refund for services not rendered was to remove the review. 

    I made a number of attempts to resolve this issue. They were unprofessional and in retaliation a negative review was posted on Zillow regarding my profession. 

    Remove the fake review on Zillow!!

    This companys practices are unethical and deem further investigation by state officials. 

    I do not know anyone at this company personal nor do I have a vendetta. They are delusional and a cease and desist has been formally executed.
