Quality star is very corrupt, I took my truck there to get my ac compressor repaired, i had to take it back three times to them because the work was not done right and my air was still blowing hot... On the third time i took the truck back to the shop they rigged up my Ac compressor so that the compressor would stay on when the truck was turned off... Also when i picked my truck up from Quality star before i got there the owner Nick called and said i had no gas in my Truck, which i did when i dropped it off it had a quarter tank of gas. when i got there my check engine was on and the owner Nick told me it was because i needed a new gas cap. a I looked at my gas and it was at a half of tank which makes me think they dropped my gas tank due to some damage they did... The rigged up work that was done was causing my Ac drier to freeze up with ice on it. They rigged a wire to a Ac rely which was causing my battery to die and caused my Power train module to need to be reprogrammed... When i called to complain about the matter the owner Nick ****** made it seem as if it was my fault by asking did i leave any lights on in the truck. When i told him i did not leave any lights on, he hung up on me and when i called back he threaten me telling me if i come back to the shop he had something for... I took my Truck to another shop for a diagnostic and they found the faulty work quality star did... The other shop had to undo the rigged wire that kept my battery dying and was forcing my ac compressor to stay on ... Now Im back to where i started with no cold ac and my Power train needing to be reprogrammed which i never had that problem... this matter started aug 31 2023 and still ongoing, its now oct 11 2023 in which the heat in las vegas has still been reaching the near 100s... I have four children and one is only a year old. This is my only means of transportation, and me my children have endured much pain and suffering due this matter...

SERVICES WAS PROVIDED AND COMPLETED TO CUSTOMER WITH NO ISSUES WE NEVER WORKED ON HIS FUEL SYSTEM AND NEVER TOUCHED HIS BATTERY CUSTOMER VOIDED WARRANTY WITH US WHEN HE DECIDED TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SHOP AND ALOS CUSTOMER CALLED MAKING THREATS TO THE STAFF AND ON A RECORDED LINE. THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AS HES A DANGER TO THE SHOP AND ALL EMPLOYEES ARE SCARED OF HIM AS HE THREATNED THE LIVES OF THE EMPLOYEES WITH ANOTHER MAN ON THE PHONE. THIS MAN IS DANGEROUS AND WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH IF HE CONTINUES TO HARRAS THIS SHOP. THE AC WORKED AND HE NEEDED MORE WORK THAT HIS WARRANTY COMPANY DID NOT AUTHORIZE AND HE DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR. THE ISSUE IS HE WANTS FREE WORK DONE TO HIS CAR AND HE FEELS BY MAKING THREATS HE WILL GET THAT ACCOMPLISHED HE ALSO MAKDE THREATS TO HIS WARRANTY COMPANY THE COPS WERE NOTIFIED AND HE IS NO LONGER ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY AS HES TRESPASSED

Nick of Quality star is a true liar... He claims that I threatened the employee's at shop that never happened. Neither I did I threatened my warranty company which he claims... Quality star rigged a wire to my AC relay which was causing my battery to die... Also that wire caused my Power train module to need to be reprogrammed. I had to take my vehicle to another shop because Nick and Quality star would not honor the work they was paid for and the damage they caused. Also when I went to pick up my vehicle the owner nick called me and told me I had no gas in My vehicle, which when I dropped it off I had a quarter of a tank of gas. When I picked it up my gas tank was on a half of tank , but like I said he said I had no gas. As well as my check engine light was on and he lied and said It was because I needed a gas cap. I found out from out auto zone and afew other scan readers it was a P260F code for the PCM REPROGRAM POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE... Do to my battery continually dying and quality star not wanting to honor the work I had to take to another shop for a diagnostic. It was found that a parasitic draw coming from a AC relay. Basically my ac compressor was always on. They found a wire inside of the ac relay that was installed prior to another place ( Quality star ) which bridged contacts together thus resulted in ac compressor always activated battery to drain overnight, and AC lines to freeze over due to ac compressor always working. They removed bridge inside of relay for now, parasitic drain gone but ac compressor does not come on. Vehicle has a bad driver inside the engine computer for AC. Recommend replace engine computer to remedy problem. That's exactly what the other shop said Quicks auto repair, not me myself... At this point ima taking legal against Quality Star and strongly suggesting no does business with this company.
