    I Took my truck in in October for low heat, shortly before that I paid them to pull my whole dash and replace everything I wanted to see if what was wrong with it was under warranty, he calls me later that day and said he did a rev blow out on my heater core and that fixed it and that it would be $160. I proceeded to tell him that I never approved of this work that I dont have $160. He then told me Well if it would not have worked, we werent going to charge you. I did not want to be rude, so I borrowed it from my mom and paid it. 2 months or so later my heat stopped working again, so I call on Monday 1/22/2024 to let them know the heat stopped working again that I wanted to see whats wrong and if its under warranty , he tells me to bring it in on Tuesday morning 1/23/2024 so I bring it in. I waited all Tuesday and did not hear from them then I waited all Wednesday morning and still did not hear from them so I call them on 1/24/2024 around 1200 hours to see if they got around to looking at it, I was then told your truck is ready ***** should have called you. I asked whats wrong with it he tells me ***** will tell you when you get here and hangs up on me, so Im thinking it was under warranty. So, I show up and he tells me what they did and hands me a bill for almost $380. I then told him what is this I did not approve this that I dont have that kind of money, ***** then goes to the back room and comes back and says just sign this paper and you can come in and pay it within 30 days I told him its not about that, that I did not approve of the work done that this is the second time you guys did this to me and he said I have to pay it. So, I talked with my mom, and she said to just pay it so they do not lean your car and we will fight it later. So, she lent me the money I paid it then they wanted me to sign the paper again and I told they no. I also have all this on rec that they admitted to doing work without my approval twice now. And now Im writing you.
