Cyclops has had my 2016 *** **** on their lot since January 28. They got all of the parts to fix my car except for the ignition cylinder the first part of February. For 2 months *** continually said that they were just waiting for the ignition cylinder which was currently out of stock and they had no ETA on when it would be in after two months of saying the same thing she recommended that I call *** which I did immediately upon hanging up with her within one week they had the part in hand not sure why they couldnt call *** and take care of their self why I had to do the legwork, but I did it now that they have the part in hand theyre telling me that they have not even touched my car in over two months even though they had all the other parts, and that its gonna be another 3+ weeks before I get my vehicle back, even though theyve already been paid in full by the insurance for the work. After being told by **** that it was going to be another 3+ weeks because they have done nothing with my car in the 2+ I asked to speak to her supervisor. She then put a man name ****** on the phone who said hes the owner and he yelled at me was very rude told me that his guys were not qualified to move a car around without an ignition, then said that they will not be treated like slaves. No one ever said anything about treating them like slaves. I just expect my service that has already been paid for in full to be done in a timely manner and 3 to 4+ months is not a timely manner especially when I had to do half of the legwork for them.
