  Took my jeep in because the light was on (South rainbow location.) It took me six months to get my jeep back. Long story short they put on a part wrong , charged me for parts. I didn’t need. Did not figure out the problem and eventually took it to the Jeep dealership which I knew nothing about because they had never contacted me about my jeep. I had to go in or call them myself for updates!
  Terrible customer service !
  Over 6 month later, I got my jeep back. I will never go to big tires ever again. This location has been through four managers since I started working with them. I also called the head honcho Eric and he was not helpful at all telling me I had to pay the money if I wanted in my jeep. I had another vehicle fixed by another business down the street. They let me know that Big O tires messes the vehicles up and then they always have to fix them. I just wanted to let people out there know do not go to this location unless you have thousands to spend on something that doesn’t need to be fixed!!!

  I was unaware that you had an issue with your vehicle at one of our locations. I would like to get this resolved with you as it is important to us to address all and any of our customers concerns. I will be looking into this matter for you. I was also told that we did pay the dealership to fix your vehicle at no cost to you. Also, we do not have a head honcho named Eric in our company so I'm not too sure who you spoke with. But please email if you would like to discuss my finding.   I came to Big O and purchased Crosstech tires and the extended warranty. I later got a nail in a tire and went to a different Big O to get it repaired. After they looked at the tire they said the tire needed replacing. They looked in the computer and said I didn’t purchase the extended warranty so I woul need to pay for the tire but they would also allow me to purchase an extended warranty from them. I was to come in next day when they got the new tire. I went home and found my original receipt that says I purchased the extended warranty and I called the Big O I bought the tires from and the confirmed it. I came back to the 2nd Big o and asked the manager why he tried selling me another policy and he was going to charge me for the tire. The manager said that Big O doesn’t share computer programs so he couldn’t see it. I said then why did he look it up and tell me I didn’t have a policy? He reiterated they can’t see other store information. Is that true and if so why did he look it up and tell me I don’t have the extended warranty? The sore in question is in Littleton Colorado

  Big of tires I never recommend. I went there for the light on my coolant, they told me I did not have any coolant, OK then I ask to change the oil and rotate the tire, then they told me that the low radiator cooler hose is crooked, I don’t believe any minutes, because I don’t want my car to be overheated, they told me that the hose is cost $454 and labor 395 for everything. They charge a lot of fees even for employee fees, supply fee. My invoice was $1092. I paid because I did not have a choice I have to drive my car and I was afraid not my car to be overheating. The hose was charge almost 60% more, even the dealer was chipper. I did not want to go to dealers because I was sure that is more expensive. So those people and this particular one Big o tires from 3625 FT Apache RD, Las Vegas Nevada 89147 following day I went with the invoice to show them for the discrepancy in pricing I talk with James the manager and of course he find the answer for everything. My opinion they don’t change any hose they charge for it only, but also they put on recommended paige that’s means for me to know that I have to do, when I ask James way was put in recommended area he told me that he did not know way. I will check if on all Big o tires are doing the same think and also I will check if it was change or not. They rotate the tires but they did not put air in the tire, because next day the sensor from the tires was on I went and they put air. I being there for 3 year, but in that time was other manager witch was great. Now when I was there after one year everything was change, the manager they hired new people everything is change. In the end of the they I being chid, and they lied to me, and no professional people. The people who don’t care about money they don’t say anything they pay.

  Be careful when you go to these people for tires. They quote you a price for the tire, then add on a ton of charges to inflate the cost you pay. For instance, my tire was $215.00. Then they added on labor, waste disposal, shop supplies, and of course tax on all of it. The end cost was $323.78, more than 50% more than the tire cost. What shop supplies do you use to change a tire? Air? A rag? And who charges $12 to take away a used tire? These guys gave quick service, tried to sell me two tires because I had AWD, and then charged me for the extras. $45 labor for half an hour work? $31.20 for shop supplies? Looks like a standard charge of 10% of the bill to me. Totally out of line.
  They smile at you while they screw you. Nice.

  I took my car in as check engine light was on and given a written estimate of $200. They called later saying I need more work and paid $500 more. They called said car was done. Picked it up that day driving home and noticed light still on. Took it back and was told it would be $550 more as more problems were found. They should have found the big problem from the start. They are not qualified to work on engines. They are only a tire shop. Never doing business there again.

  I went to get my front brakes done. I left the car and was told that I would get a call with a quote. I got a call a few hours later stating that the car was done. I said I never got a call with a quote for the services. I was told it was going to be $700 plus dollars. I said I never approved that amount. I was told that they could stop the brake flush and it would be $601. I said you were suppose to call with a quote before you started any work. She said they called my house phone and they got a robot. She called my husbands cell phone to tell me the car was done, I asked why they didn't call that number to give me a quote. She stated they just found it in the computer. I had left my cell phone number not my house phone for a call back which she never called.
  I told her she should have not moved forward with the work without my approval. I wouldn't have approved this job at that price.
  The law requires that you get a quote for services over a $100.00.

  This company charged me to repair a wheel so that a new tire would hold air.
  Later a collision repair company determined that the wheel was bent and could not be repaired. When I asked Big O tires to refund my money for work that was not performed, I was told that since the tire could be placed on the wheel and the tire could hold air, their work was done, and no refund was offered.
  Big O tires never informed me that the tire and wheel was not safe at any speed.

  Pretty sure they slashed my tire so that I could purchase another one of their tires. They had the exact tire, size and weight. I had ordered before but they got it a day late and I had to cancel. I ended up going to to change a different issue and all of a sudden my tires were slashed. I had just came from the car dealership two days ago and my tires were inspected. I’m certain they slashed my tire. They showed me the cut saying it needs to be replaced. They cut my tire. Sleazy place.

  Went there for an oil change. 1/24/23 Under new management. They enter incorrect miles reporting to carfax on previous visit they entered 54,000. Only had 24,000 miles manager asked me if I drove my car backwards? Big O tells me we need new brake pads and rotors and car only has just over 25,000 estimate cost $1200.00 They just lost a long time customer. Big O lacks integrity. An hour wait for oil change. my previous oil change was $64.15 and today they charged $105.82 and they put a fake signature on the receipt. Never again. very bad management. The State if NV should investigate this fraudulent company and take immediate action to protect consumers.
