I am rejecting this response because:
Its unacceptable and I am tired of being given the runaround! This is something they make a habit out of, taking peoples money with no intention of refunding it.
    Sincerely,

I lived in the Sierra Vista *********** for 3 years..moved out on January 28, 2023. Left everything undamaged. New owners of *********** came in January, 2022. I informed the park manager that I had moved out, and provided my new forwarding address. She said that she gave my new address to the woman who works in the corporate office.I spoke to the manager 2 weeks ago, and was told the corporate office was working on sending my security deposit of $800, but the woman working on it had a family emergency, and would be out of the office for a few days. The property management company was already over 30 days late with payment. It's going on 6 weeks since I moved out. Under Nevada law, they have up to 21 days to send security deposit. I have not sent the demand letter yet...but I want the company held accountable.

I made a mistake on the move out date. It should have read January  28, 2024.

I have included the **600 complaint form that I submitted to the Nevada ****************************** and certified mail receipts, and demand letter.

I was unaware that your office never got a response from Sierra Vista LLC, however my assumption is that they knew you were trying to reach them and decided not to respond.

Since I submitted my complaint against them, they finally sent my payment on April 27th, 2024. I appreciate your efforts, but I am disappointed that this company can side step the regulations and guidelines and stay in business and do this again to another tenant.

I was attempting to rent an apartment on or about 01-15-2024 at RESIDENCE OF SIERRA VISTA. I was advised by ****** to come by to pick up a form to take to ******* to make the payment for the application fee . I went to ******* 3655, on 01-24-2024 and 01-27-2024 to make two separate payments. I paid ****** in regards to account ending in 8972 on 01/24/2027. I went online and the portal advised I owed ******. I also received a phone call with a message from ******* advising I had underpaid. I went to ************, and made a payment to account no. ending in 8972 in the amount of ******. I contacted ****** to advise I had made the payments. He advised then that the email was a mistake and that I should not have paid the ****** and he made a mistake and they did receive the full ******. I got an email advising my application was denied. I spoke with ****** who advised I would receive a refund of the money I paid. I verified and provided my current address at this time and he advised he would contact the department necessary for my refund. I have called consistently for the last few weeks and each time I spoke with him he verified the wrong address for me . I contacted him again today and he stated he does not have any number to provide to me regarding my refund and there was no way for him to send a message to that department concerning my refund. He basically could care less and advised the only thing he could do was send an email to a regional manager and have them call me back. I contacted ******* 3655 to ask if I could come in and get a refund. They advised yes but when I get there they got an error code and I was advised to contact Chek free ************** I spoke with a rep who advised I contact Resident E-money for assistance and speak with a rep. I received an email from the **** **** Page, concerning my request-sf12743376 and per the email she wants me to reach out and have the apartment rep call and I am not doing that.

I am rejecting this response because: I am still pending contact from **** in regards to a resolution. I was advised emails were sent on my behalf and still have not been contacted regarding those emails sent on 03-19-2024. I would like for the business to update with that information and I of course will accept once I have an actual resolution on the table. It has been almost two months and I recently got a call from someone regarding this.

    Sincerely,

I attempted to help my daughter move into her very first apartment. This was the most horrible experience we could have ever had. The manager refused to let her see the apartment before she signed and paid. She didn't know as it was her first place and I was in the air flying to her to help her set it up. When she got inside there was so much wrong:They didn't clean it though they said that was why it took so long to get her in. The peep hole was missing the glass and you could see inside. The blinds were broken, missing, and dirty. There was no functional toilet and it was missing a handle. They left the old tenants furniture in the apartment and refused to move it out until she left it outside and then they were saying they could fine her for leaving it out there. There were bugs everywhere. Cracks and chipping paint in the tub. They didn't paint or clean up any part of the apartment from the previous people so there was grime and dirty everywhere. The first night we were setting up another tenant was outside with a machete screaming can't no-one touch me. There were gang members doing their calls and prostitutes hanging out. We went to the office and the lady was nice and said she would help us get out of this and get our money back. We went back to finalize everything Monday when they reopened and the guy was aggressive and refused to refund us or let her out of the lease though by law we have 5 days. Avoid this place at all cost they are broke according to many staff and that is why they can't fix the stuff.
