    ***************************** manager's office for days.I've never bought anything to be delivered to the ***************** This is a private and personal matter. I've never asked management to receive or accept my mailed package. Used to be for years a notification would be sent by management to the tenants to come & pick up the delivered package, but no more. A good old system got destroyed because somebody is too busy to handle mail notifications. That is absolutely fine Resolution:1) Stop obstructing the mail drivers from delivering the items to the recipient apartment and abide by the law. Let the mail route takes its own course to the intended recipient without interfering with people's personal and private matter. Tenants have rights to a secure mail.2) Ensure ALL the mail drivers of the mailed packages have the code to the building entrance gates so they can deliver (24/7) the items to the apartment ( & that includes international shipping companies drivers like Fed-X, DHL and such).

    Our tenants concerns were addressed and we came to an agreement that if for any reason his packages are dropped off at our leasing office we will notify him accordingly.
