    The nature of the dispute is NRS 118 being violated . This company has the most unprofessional workers representing this company very rude and unethical ,I will like my money back I had utility turned on and wasn't able to be on property unless I had an physical ID because of my skin color black.I will continue with this matter in court to make sure I see justice in this system where racism is still a problem .

    We appreciate you reaching out to us regarding this matter about the delayed refund processing. We understand the frustration this situation has caused our applicant and would like to provide some clarification. During the time frame in question, our accounts were involved in a matter with our bank, which temporarily restricted our access to funds. This unforeseen circumstance resulted in delays in processing not only refunds, but all payment related items. We want to assure you that this delay was not due to negligence on our part but rather an external banking process that was beyond our control. We apologize for this delay and understand the importance of timely refunds.
    As an update, the bank process that was affecting our accounts has been completed as of 02/12. Immediately upon the completion of this process, we initiated the necessary steps to expedite the refund.

    Regarding the ** situation, we verify identity using our system "Checkpoint **." However, Keyshia did not have any form of ** or passport that we could use for verification. As a solution, we offered her the option to manually verify her ** using a provided link from checkpoint **, as she had a picture of it. Unfortunately, her ** failed to be verified in the global database, and as a result, we were unable to proceed with the move-in process.

    Please understand, we are committed to resolving this matter promptly.

    I have been trying to break my lease due to managements ************************ towards the residents safety. The apartment is not longer habitable as garage remotes, including my own, have been stolen by thieves who have broken into cars which management knows about but has yet to reprogram remotes & hand out new ones. This allows previous thieves to continue to break in & destroy property as well as potentially threaten the safety of residents. I have had my car broken into a total of 4 times over the past 4 months. My back window has been smashed, my catalytic converter has been stolen, personal items have been stolen twice, & a homeless person has broken into my car & slept in it. Management knows about all of this and has not done anything productive to stop it from happening again. These are problems that have been occurring to many other people (which can be seen on ****** reviews) but yet management never addresses them & says theres nothing they can do about it or simply doesnt even address the issues. Ive been trying to talk to the property management as well but they have not responded to my calls. At this point I just want to be able to move out without having to pay a penalty since I already have to pay for my back window being smashed, a new catalytic converter, and other personal items which were stolen. Sometimes I dont even feel safe coming back to my apartment if its too late at night and have to sleep over at friends houses.
