    I had moved into this apartment complex 4/17/23 and from the very beginning there were issues. The leasing agent didnt give me a sheet to report damages I wouldnt be charged for during move out. I found mold in my apartment and tried to reach out to the office for 8 months and they werent responsive ever. It got to the point where I couldnt use my AC or heat because the mold would cause me to cough and throw up. There were always fights in the hallways and people setting off the fire alarms due to smoking in the complex. The doors and gates were always broken, making it a fire hazard within the community. Cops were always there due to domestic violence and civil disputes. The management would only let you pay online and when the site was down during the first of the month it would cause you to be late on your rent payment and cause a late fee. Now Im getting a bill from them saying I owe over $1000 to move out when I left it in the same condition I moved into the apartment. I dont want this to go on my credit because Im up to date on my payments, but I dont feel like their negligence is fair or ethical

    I am not liable for this debt with Elysian at Flamingo, I do not have a contract with *************************. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    I currently live in ************** but I have a job offer in ********* that I start April 21. I applied for the elysian apartments flamingo location. I was profiled and prejudge over the phone. I paid 60 for the application and 400 for admin fee I have no criminal background and also submitted the offer letter for the job in ***** as they company stated I can use. I was told by ******* the property manager that it would take 3-5 days to get a response. 20 minutes later I got a call from a leasing agent at that office who said her name was ********* but clearly lied about her name. She told me I was denied because my income could not be verified. I asked how is that possible when I submitted not 1 but 2 offer letters which they state the owners numbers and all the information requested like salary pay frequency bonus amount etc. She said I don't know but they said they don't know you. I asked what number did she call and she just kept talking over me and being very rude and nasty and hung up on me. I called my new employer who I might add are the franchise owners of the **** on west flamingo road in ***** and have several stores. They said no one reached out to them at all. So they called the apartment complex and also said that leasing agent was nasty with them they spoke to ******* and asked her why didn't she call the numbers listed on the offer letter because they called the store. Of course no one would no me at the store I'm not there yet . She asked them about paystubs and they replied how can she have a paystub when she didn't start yet that's why we provided the offer letter. Hour later I get a call from the company apologize and saying they would reinstate my application she then asked me to send my paystubs from my current job here in ********* and she would send that and my offer letter to their compliance team. Today I get an email saying my offer letter does not meet the requirements for the apartment and I have to wait 30 days for my refund. I called the regional and asked what are the requirements for an offer letter because that makes no sense and I literally stressed how I need to be in ********* by next week. She had no real answer to give me I asked if they could put my money back on my card she kept saying they would send it to the address on my application and I said why would you do that when I just told you I'm moving out of state why cant I just come and pick *********** when I get to ********* and she kept telling me they can't do that this whole situation they handled poorly it was all an error on their end from the start and they did nothing to make it better And can not find a legit reason to turn me down I want to speak the person over the regional because this whole situation is not fair at all and they have no real reason to deny me. I'm not even a resident in ***** and this is already a bad start and it's very tough on me moving to a state that treats people this way

    Hi. The rental deposit of $200 has not been issued after repeated attempts and after 16-weeks of moving out.

    We contacted the past resident on Friday 12/2/2022 and also emailed Monday 12/5/2022 to inform that the refund check was delivered on Friday 12/2/2022 and is ready for pickup.
