I brought my 70 pound dog into this hospital because there was blood in her urine. I was charged almost $500 for an exam, bloodwork and a urine sample. I was told it would take one to two days to receive results, I called a couple of days later and they told me The lab samples had just been sent in and it would be another day or so before I got results. A whole week later I went back to the animal hospital to get a refund, they never did call me on results, despite my request to speak to the doctor. I took my dog to another clinic, she was diagnosed immediately and went on antibiotics. Shame on this so-called animal hospital and it’s staff

My fur baby had her rabies shot done in January 2025. We are now flying in HI and HI requires an original Rabies Certificates, the rabies certificate given from Blue Diamond Animal Hospital did not have the Vaccine Lot Expiration date. This information was noticed by another Vet who issued my fur babies Health Certificate. I have called Blue Diamond Animal Hospital to have them FedEx me the original certificate and they want to charge me for the shipping charges. I have called to speak to the owner and the front office always gives me excuses or they avoid passing on the message. As of right now, this Vet has issued an expired rabies vaccine to my fur baby and they want me to pay for the charges for a document that I need for my baby to fly and their screw up. I have trusted this Vet, but after noticing their high turn overs in the office I would not recommend this place. I would carefully look at all your charges and make sure they have all your documents correctly filled out before you leave.

Completely unprofessional. Overly price for doing absolutely nothing to help. I took my puppy in for emergency services and waited 35 mins on hold just for an update for them to release her and she came home and passed. Never taking a family member here again and will not be recommending this “business” to anyone I know

I would tell anyone who is considering bringing their pet to this Animal Hospital to definitely go somewhere else. Anywhere else would be better. Don't expect to be shown any Xrays or Ultrasounds for any visuals and conversation of your ill pets' illness. They had our sweet girls ashes on the shelf inside of the lobby just sitting on the shelf for 10 days and did not call to get her back to us with any sympathy or respect for the grief we were dealing with. No empathy from anyone there, all the while the whole staff stares at these blue bags every day and every hour. Was told that someone texted our landline, which we never ever did texting with their facility. Just thinking about anyone texting about our girls ashes like it was an appt. for lunch schedule just angers us to no end. I have never had a vet totally not give a **** and just ignore this scenario and not want to relay their condolences and instead have someone text during what they must know is one of the most difficult times a family goes through. This situation that some of their patients find themselves in should be a priority with respect and sympathy. Don't expect any of this from Blue Diamond Animal Hospital.

0 stars!!! My poor elderly pup had been dealing with an add gallbladder for five years on daily medication. He had been declining and was suffering from cancer as well. We set an appointment for an evaluation of quality life, knowing it was time to put him down because he was suffering so. got an appointment right away with this clinic. The doctor was convinced he was not ready to go talk to send to expensive bloodwork which showed his kidneys were beginning to fail, and his liver had damage. They still did not think it was time to put him down and convinced us that we could do a $400 ultrasound and find out what we were dealing with, they sent us home with pain medication, IV, fluids, anti-nausea medicine, appetite, enhancing medicine, and false hopes. He came back two days later for the ultrasound that they convinced us would show that he was fixable. He had to be dropped off that morning and was supposed to be there all day , they called us and said they needed confirmation that they could do the ultrasound which they already had that but we gave it to him and then they called us five minutes later and said he was done it could be picked up. The doctor wasn’t even there to tell us what they found said she would have to call me and she did not after. She said his liver was darker than usual. His gallbladder was enlarged and full of gravel, and then he had an enlarged renal gland. She said they were going to have it sent off to be looked at by a professional gave me no other information, other than if he became sick or worse, if he became worse to bring him back, he did. He began violently throwing up. And explosive diarrhea I called I texted I emailed I could not get a hold of anyone and no one has even returned my calls as of now. Another thousand dollars at an emg vet and my baby is at rest. I cannot believe that they made him suffer five additional days and don’t even have the nerve to call us or give us the results from the radiologist. Shut them down

I wish I can give INFINITY NEGATIVE REVIEWS - WORST FACILITY in ALL categories
2 days and $660 later, they have no idea what’s wrong with our dog and asked us to bring her to an emergency hospital. It’s funny because it’s like saying they are not really a hospital because they need to refer you to an emergency hospital. Said our dog wasn’t drinking but took videos of her drinking a full cup non stop as soon as she was home. This clinic is a JOKE!
TRUST THE REVIEWS, AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COST! THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS SPEAK THE FULL TRUTH ABOUT THIS PLACE. I GUARANTEE YOU, THEY SEE PET PARENTS AS MILKING COWS AND WILL KEEP ASKING YOU TO TRY EVERYTHING AND IN THE END WILL STILL HAVE NOTHING-JUST YOUR MONEY!!!

Without a doubt the WORST veterinary "care" I have experienced in the 35 years I've owned cats. Where do I even begin to describe the abysmal service I've received from this place? This is long so let me summarize: Take your pet somewhere else. This place is a malpractice farm that is trying to treat too many animals with next to no staff. There is only ONE (if that) vet on the premise at any given time. They do not call you with test results. The staff is rude and bossy. You can call them repeatedly, for days, trying to find out what's going on and you'll get NO substantive answer. "Only the vet can give you the results. We'll put it on his schedule to call you back." But he NEVER does. They have had blood test results for three full days now and we can't get the results. The vet is who I feel worst for in this situation. Whoever owns or manages this place has put him in an impossible position - one in which malpractice is inevitable. If you want to run an animal hospital that books every minute with appointments then takes dozens of walk-ins on top of that, then you need to staff that way. I wonder how many other pets are suffering and dying while you do nothing but swipe credit cards. The only thing this place is good at is charging you. The lack of care is shameful. After writing this review, I'm filing a complaint with whoever governs veterinary licenses in ******.The saga begins 13 days ago when we noticed that one of our two Persian cats was experiencing diarrhea and loose stool. This symptom is very commonly caused by parasites and given that we just moved I thought that was a good possibility. It is also commonly caused by bacterial infections. I called this place because it is nearby and the woman on the phone made an appointment for me and told me to bring a stool sample "if I can - if you can't get one, that's fine too." I came in a few hours later without a stool sample because the cat did not produce one. After a 20 or so minutes in the overcrowded
