I participated in an auction on July 3rd and won a 2003 ****** Corolla for 600$. On Monday July 7 I went to the tow yard and paid ****** for the car which includes the 600 and ****** for taxes and fees. On Monday when they took me to the car, they realized there was no battery and they knew there was no key (battery was 76$ and the key was 85$; did get my money back for battery, did not get money back for key) which they didnt tell me about prior to coming. So on Wednesday July 9th I brought a new battery and had a vendor come out and make a key for the car. I had to also wait an hour after the vendor left to go to the car to put the battery in and check if the key work because there was an inspector on the premises. When I finally get to the car and put the battery the attendant did help me try to start it but once it started he realized that the transmission was shot and didnt work. Than tells me Ill have to call pic a part to come pick it up and see how much of my money I can make back. Also in the next auction that h*** help me pick a car and try to give me a good price on another one.

All sales on cars are finale. When you buy a car from a tow yard there is now warranty. I spoke with ****** ******** myself and learned she was a single mother with very little money to spend

on a car. She told me one of her friends had bought a car from us and it ran great but she was not as fortunate. ****** was given a full refund. I asked her to please never buy a car from a tow yard

unless you have a mechanic look at it first. ****** seemed very happy and stated that she had put a complaint on the BBB on Snap Towing and would take it down as soon as she got home.

We are a tow company and we tow hundreds of cars weekly, therefore, we will need more information on the vehicle to further investigate, via, the police report, of what was inside this vehicle to confirm. If possible, we will need information on the car (Year, Make, Model, and Vehicle Identification Number). We can then take further action to get this resolved.
