I set up direct billing with the Roseman Dental Clinic with my ***** Medicare Dental PPO plan (Member ID ************) for dental treatment. Despite multiple communications with Roseman Dental by phone, in person and by email, Roseman Health Science admittedly never or incorrectly verified my dental policy with *****. Instead, Roseman Health Sciences delayed my dental treatment for over three weeks in January 2022 until I paid the entire balance due in full. I was never notified of any billing issue. I paid the full balance despite my insurance coverage up to $1200 for the 2022 policy year. As well, my treatment was further delayed by various issues with Roseman Dental Clinic's laboratory. The Roseman Clinic dentist on duty when the errors were made said, "They new labs start out doing great and then it goes downhill from there." My dentures upon final delivery do not fit without adhesive, even though the dentist on duty 5/3/22 told me that I should not have to use adhesive for "2 or three years." (I suspect some of these type issues might in part be to turnover in supervising dentists and apparently no periodontist at the clinic). In addition, Roseman Health Sciences billed my insurance $1021 for treatment 3/25/2022. I paid for all treatment in full at the clinic. The claim Roseman Dental submitted to ***** was false, inaccurate, and should never have been submitted to *****. Overall, my experience with the Roseman University ************ Dental clinic, both treatment and billing, was horrendous. I can accept paying for the dental treatment since Nov. 2021. I would like a refund of the $1446.00 for dentures that were delayed 5 plus weeks and did not fit properly once delivered. I am having to go to another provider now to assess all of the treatment and denture work.. I do not wish to return to the ************ clinic. Thank you, **** *******
