This company runs a scam. Do not buy anything online. They send you something and if you send it back they say it is damaged and won’t refund you the total price. I received two pairs of shoes and sent them both back because they were too big. I didn’t even stand in them and they claimed I had worn them. They refunded me for the $39.95 pair but not the $109.95 pair. This was a company name I trusted because I have bought from the store by that name but this is not the same company. There was absolutely no customer “service” and no matter who I talked to they wouldn’t refund my money. I believe that this is a scam company. I did notice that there was light markings on the bottom of those shoes like someone had made them look worn. But there was no signs that anyone had worn them because nothing makes anywhere else ( terrible fake fur inside showed no dirt). That didn’t bother me. The rest of the shows just didn’t fit. I believe they sent them that way so they could say that I wore them when I sent them back. This company needs to be closed down. Please don’t let anyone else lose money from this scam. I see other people have already had the same thing happen to them by responses on this web site. Why have they not been closed down yet????? What does the BBB actually do?

On April 30, I purchased two pairs of shoes from the Walking Company online. As soon as I received the two pairs of sandals, I tried them on and they did not fit, so I printed a return label on May 27, and took them to the local Happy Returns center to return them via FedEx as instructed by the returns email. Even though the Fed Ex tracking information showed that they received the package 8 weeks ago on June 2, (signed by BMEZA), they had not refunded me as of July 26, 2023 when I received a very upsetting email from the Walking Company stating that “Your return ********** code has expired.” The Walking Co was trying to claim that they never received the returned items with that code (even though the FedEx tracking information is proof of the return) and that the window to return the shoes was now past the return policy timeline. After sending them an email through their website, I called and they said they never received the email. When I tried to resend it via their email portal with the customer service agent, she said it still did not go through. Then the rep had to give me a separate email address not listed on the website - so do the website emails to into a black hole? Although the representative finally refunded my money and the $10 fee, this practice makes me concerned about consumers who are elderly or who don't have the confidence to advocate for themselves because unless you are persistent and are willing to wait 15 min on hold to speak to a rep you may not get your refund.

I ordered online a pair of sandals in May. Arrived a few weeks later and they were too big. At that point I should have returned them, but silly me, I decided to ask for an exchange for a smaller pair. I sent them back after the return was approved. The return arrived to the WalkingCo on Jun 1st. By June 30th I had gotten nothing so I called. Apparently nothing was done until I called. It's been a full month! Now they are promising to send the pair that should have been sent a month ago. I asked for expedited shipping to no avail "We don't have that capability..." What?
So it's July 6th, the label was printed on June 30th, but the package was not yet received by Fedex!!!! Why???? Calling again....Urgh!!!

Terrible company for returns. I called to inquire about my refund after 3 weeks Customer service states it’s not an “automatic refund”. You must call to get a refund. Never again!
