    Con Artists and Thieves
A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS LOOKING TO RIP HARD WORKING PEOPLE OFF.
Came in to look for a car, the price and plan they offered wasn’t in my favor, so I declined and left.
They took it out on me and decided to blast me to every single financial insitution in the country. I’ve had several cars before in my 39 years, but WOW!!! Never anything like this.
To this day, 3 months later having had a perfect credit score of 760, after submitting me to every financial institution in the country in spite, they had my credit drop well over 150 points. That was their way of getting back at me for declining their offer.
Having lost everything in the Maui fire in Lahaina last August and moving to Las Vegas to rebuild and start over, they definitely did a massive number on me to have a terrible experience. But not just that, they literally ruined my life to where I can’t even get an apartment anymore.
It’s called being taken advantage of and abused due to their dissatisfaction that I declined and walked away.
Great start to the new year.
    Do NOT go there. Run!
UPDATE. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND IM STILL WAITING ON A CALLBACK AND A SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION!
    I’m reporting these Con Artists.

Bought first car from Towbin. After a couple of months they labeled the car a Lemon, and pulled the loan. Put me into a 2020 Kia Forte. Had car less than 3 months and clutch went out. Would not cover clutch repair and said it was wear and tear. Charging 1800. to fix it. First car was a joke, and now this one is sitting as I cannot repair. They need to be held accountable for the cars they sell. No way can a clutch go out in 3 months from wear and tear. Apparently this was never checked out before putting on the lot, just like the other car. Would not ever recommend anyone to this dealership. Now I am stuck with payments for a car I cannot fix.

I’ve recently financed a used vehicle from this dealer ship and so far it’s been extremely unpleasant. The vehicle I had financed from them was a 2016 Toyota Scion FRS. It all started in the beginning when we started to do paper work in regards to finalizing the deal. I had to wait a week to be able to drive the car out of the parking lot due to pending paperwork that my co-signer had to sign. Which I wouldn’t of mind if they had started with that explaining that it would take some time for me to drive off with the vehicle it was informed to me after completing my part of the paperwork. Communication with the staff is terrible. Furthermore, after receiving the vehicle about two weeks in, I started notice an issue with the car’s stick shift. It would make some kind of noise and get jammed at random and this has happened while driving on the freeway. I decided to take it to a Toyota dealership for a diagnostic and it was confirmed that the bell house and stick shift needed to be replaced which would be $3,500 and the taillight was also defective since water was getting inside there. I took it back to Towbin so they can fix it for me since I literally haven’t even made my first payment nor had the chance to register the car. They stated that there wasn’t a crack on the bell house which I never mentioned anything about a crack and told me everything was fine and that their service techs are 35+ years of experience and that the car was ready to go. They claim that they had fixed the taillight with a brand new one where the next day it had rained and again was filled with water. We’ve been back and forth with them wasting our time not getting any results. Communication has been horrible & we’ve been constantly been brushed off not taken serious. The employees that have been juggling us around are Saboor Ansaly, Tim Harris, Oscar Palma, Stephen Nelson. I have so much more details on my experience, but I’m limited on here. They have yet to accommodate us at all. Stay away.
