I "purchased" a car and when I wanted to take it home after filling out the paper work they said they were going to put it through inspection. I gave 3,000 down payment and signed the paperwork. They said it is going to take a couple of days after I can pick the car up. The next day they said they had new documents for me to sign with a higher interest rate. I refused to sign. The third day they said to pick up the car, it was ready to be taken home. When I arrived at the dealer Jonathan stated the car did not pass the inspection, for my son to walk around the dealer and see another car. He said the car was defective and the dealer was not going to pay for the problems in the car. Why lie and make me go to the dealer and waste my time. Buying a car should not be very complicated.
Honesty and being truthful is what this dealer lacks. The car continues to be in the website as being available and ready to be sold. I have not received my down payment I would never do business here.

I looked at a few cars and decided on a used car.
We started to negotiate the purchase.
Used cars have an interest rate of 5.4% which was what they quoted me.
I laughed and said no chance.
They came back at 2.99% and I agreed as it was a good rate and one that I could live with.
My credit score is over 800 so i was not worried about being approved and no issues with debt levels.

I initial the paperwork and we shake hands on the deal.
I go into the room to sign the finance paperwork and I purchase a few additional warranties. (extended, oil changes, tire protection).
I am told the monthly payment but not the interest rate.

My first bill comes and the interest rate is 5.4%.
I make the payment as it was due and contact the finance manager who did my loan.
We have been texting back and forth for the last two weeks.

I was told the sales person can not negotiate the interest rate.
the sales person and whoever is in the office he went to, negotiated with me 2-3 times as I recall.

This is your mistake as I have it signed on the worksheet that this is what was agreed to. Price, Interest Rate, Length of loan and Trade In.

I was told they will get back to me.
A week goes by and nothing, so I text the person for an update.
He says he can go to a credit union and see about getting me a rate of 2.94%
    I am fine with it.
5 days later he texts me I was declined. But he would follow up.
I asked if there is anything else that can be done as this was their mistake.
He would talk to the GM but he wont be in the office till the next day.
I am told nothing can be done, but if it was earlier on or in the first month maybe something could have been done.
I ask for other options, and they say I can trade the car in for another car and get the better rate.

So a company that does over $50M a year in sales (minimum), can't do anything on a mistake they made, that has a value of $2,000.

If you buy a car, double and triple check everything. Don't Trust Them.
