Refund and Exchange Policy
We do require a $500 deposit to reserve a procedure date and time. This deposit will go toward procedure costs. It is partially refundable upon cancellation beyond 7 days prior to the procedure date. The deposit is non refundable within 7 days of procedure date. Patients may reschedule without penalty beyond 7 days of their procedure date and will be charged $250 if rescheduling within 7 days of their procedure date.

Our goal is gain a level of commitment from the patient so that we can move forward in preparation for their procedure.
