On 9/27/2022, I entered into an agreement with MPowering America to assist me with debt consolidation services. I accumulated approximately $20,000 in credit card debt starting out in the ************** Industry. MPowering America had partnered with the *** I was selling insurance through and were recommended as a service to additionally offer to our clients. My original thoughts were to try their service before offering it to others in a tough spot financially. However, MPowering America contracted my debt consolidation out to a third-party law group named *************************, LPG. Subsequently, LPG has gone out of business and declared bankruptcy, resulting in the loss of six months of payments totaling $5,134.74 for services that were never rendered. My account was transferred to ********************* CLG, who have also gone out of business. It was then transferred to a company called ****************** PLG and most recently Morning *************** MLG.Someone from PLG did walk me through the steps to file a complaint with the *******************, regarding LPG and CLG, as it turns out they were the same company. At this point my account is supposed to be with MLG but they say they are not accepting new clients. The most recent email, which Ive attached, states that I may not receive the entirety of the money Ive paid if any at all if a settlement is reached Even though MPowering America was the original contracting party, made claims to get me out of credit card debt, work to ***************** and is ultimately responsible for the outcome of the services they promised, they have failed to take any responsibility for the situation or provide any assistance in recovering the lost funds or moving forward with a viable debt consolidation solution. Furthermore, my attempts to contact my original agent, ************************* or the owner of MPowering America, ***********************, to discuss the matter, have only been met with emails and texts offering no resolution
