    I went to the store on Saturday, 12/11/2021 to send a mail (a small envelope that included an application) to my mortgage company for the cancellation of my PMI. One of the employees (191796 as per the receipt) told me that drop it here I will send it with the USPS, I will manage the stamp, you do not need to pay. I told him that I want to send it with a tracking number. He then said okay, let me send it with the USPS with a tracking number, pay $6. I went there to send the mail with UPS and I do not trust USPS serving well on these busy days. But at the and it would be trackable. I accepted and paid the amount. On Thursday, 12/16/2021, I found the mail in my mailbox with a note from the USPS. It was stated that I need to add extra stamps in the value of $3.17 to send this mail with the USPS. The next day, I went to the UPS store and started talking with the employee about the problem while we were talking another man came, I explained the situation to both of them. The second man told me that he can send it with their way now and it is $29 and I need to pay the difference. I said, Until this time this mail would be delivered and my business would be completed, you need to compensate it. But he did not accept it. I said I want to talk to your manager. He said he is the manager, that's why he came and joined the conversation. I got my money back and left the store. The problems are; They insistent sending the mail with USPS and not UPS. On the first day, I was ready to pay. I believe, they wanted to have bigger and more profitable mails to earn more and forward small things to the USPS. My monthly PMI amount is $131. If the mail reached on the planned day, it might have been canceled and I would save $131. Their approach is not professional. Best regards Adem A******
