    Just disgusting how this company grabs money. Contacted them numerous times and get an AI response. How are they not being flagged??

    I have spent $1000s in this game only to be cheated and the pop ups encourage percentages off for purchasing more credits. Pushing me to keep playing. So I do, and lose within minutes with nothing to show. Have had more than one purchases that didn’t get credited properly and they gave me 300 credits to make up for it even though I was to be credited way more. It’s a scam! And the customer support is NOT HELPFUL.

    Yesterday, Playtika basically ripped off all of its players. They gave me a free pick on the “Grab em” game, and I surprisingly won the top prize of 342 QT. I played for a few minutes and lost a little of it, but then I went to work. When I logged in later in the day, i was surprised with an “Oops, it looks like we gave you too many coins so we’re taking them back”. My coin count was at zero and they “gave” me five cards that I already had. I wrote a complaint and received an automated, canned response. Basically, they screwed up but customer service doesn’t matter to them. Even their responses on this page seem fake. I was spending $11 a week, sometimes a little more for some entertainment. I rationalized this by comparing it to playing video games at an arcade. I’m done. I really want to file a complaint, but I don’t think anything will be done about it. They only care about taking money, not providing a good experience.

    I've spent over $900 in one week playing this game through freecash.com. Not only does playtica rip paying customers off but the third party that's supposed to pay you to play rips you off. They encourage in-app purchasing but as soon as you purchase the game gets stupid. Everything is impossible after that. They take advantage of paying customers. I'm going to my bank asap and getting all my money back. Never ever making another purchase to play their rigged game ever again!!!

    Should be considered a criminal enterprise that steals money from people and contributes to gambling addictions. yeah, yeah, I’m aware you advertise it as a free play game with over 50 million fans… doesn’t take long to realize you’re forcing people into paying real money to advance in a digital world. After 12-14 years of playing, spending I am sure well over $1000, I managed to hit level 280. 280 after 12 years…and the more you spend the higher the prices get Stop spending, cancel your $15/mo “plus” membership and you immediately stop getting any type of “luck”. They literally punish you if you cancel, it’s rigged and super obvious. Not another penny spent here, game is deleted and Playtika, whoever you are, should be prosecuted.

    This company is the worst. Communication with them is absent of human characteristics. They have no ethics. My experience with them has been disturbing to say the least. I feel victimized. I feel like I was targeted. As a matter of fact the admit to targeting a specific type of players by utilizing reward platforms. The lie. They outright robbed me. "Freak off". Who do you think you are? You are all over the internet, bragging of your success and wealth and you can not even try to resolve legitimate complaints from consumers who are filling your pockets. You are discusting. We are all humans and at the very least interacting with another human should start with mutual respect. You have shown nothing even close. Don't talk to me about integrity or comment with your lies. I don't know why you even respond to these reviews because you really don't care. I hope that your empire falls from not having a solid foundation built on MUTUAL RESPECT! I asked for $70. Not even comparable to $700 million that superplay ltd was purchased for. Oh and I think I saw something about another $1.25 billion contingent on the studio reaching expectancies in the next 3 years. Which i can see that you plan on robbing every consumer you can get access to in an effort to reach those contingencies. Don't bother commenting. You just make it worse, trust me. We are not ignorant people. At least Diddy knew enough to try to hide his evil, discusting, sick behavior. You do not care. Money does not give you the right to do what you want to other people and force your will on them. How dare you victimize us. I hope that enough people will speak out against you. It is not fair that you can do this and there is nothing that I, the consumer can do about it. It is a bad feeling and there should be consequences for your unethical practices.

    On several occasions I have encountered outright racist comments and racial slurs ( names) slung at me on **** (***** ****** of *****) made by Playtika in conjunction with The Real ****. And I’ve tried to get the matter resolved by them. Only thing I received was some computer generated email. On a few occasions I even provided screenshots to them and still no resolution. It’s just a game and there is no reason some should be allowed to curse, call people racist remarks over a GAME. And for them not to address but to keep condoning that type of behavior is outright showing a support for that behavior. I have even after filing complaints with them, they proceeded to place me in the game with 2 of these individuals. That shows they didn’t address the matter. To prove their complacency with the OUTRIGHT racist & their racism, I tried to warn other players thru the chat in the game. They wouldn’t allow me to say or enter the word “racist”, but they allow the racist to call me everything from a monkey, to an ape. Among other words I won’t repeat. It’s sad and disgusting that a Brand such as **** along with their parent company Caesars would place their name and their reputation on such a vile app.

    I always wondered if I was being overcharged. Since July 29 when I was evacuated for a wildfire, no purchases have been made. Purchases are in fact disabled. Despite this fact, I have been charged over $1380 since July 30. I will now be involving my bank’s fraud department, as well as the authorities, as my checking account is now overdrawn due to this scam of a game. Beware! No accountability.
