      This business has been unable to provide a satisfactory window tint service for my car and has repeatedly denied my request to strip my tint to receive a full refund. I have had my car retinted 3 times with the promise of the tint being "fixed" but everytime there has been serious issues. In addition to my inability to get a full refund and a stripped car as I asked, I have wasted many days and hours trying to get this prolem remedied. My final comunication was with the owner of the business who ensured me that he would take care of me and my car and offered a "complimentary" detaling service for my wasted time and troubles, of which he never followed up on and never confirmed.All I wanted was a high quality auto tint for my $150,000+ car which I was unable to get. Today we were texting and let me know there is nothing else he can do and referred me to another competitior shop to "fix" my problem as he was unwilling to anything else for me.
