    November 3rd Chris was hired to perform an estate sale at my grandparents house. He has now stolen all goods and refuses to answer calls or messages. He takes advantage of senior citizens he believes won’t fight back. Beware these people are scammers and target senior citizens.

    This company did our estate sale and that encompassed thousands of dollars in collectable cars original works of art furniture all of our personal property.We were to receive a percentage of all sales Including that which he kept. We did not received accounting of the estate sale we made numerous requests for our amount due. We received nothing but lies. Were seniors living on limited income. Chris S**** stole everything. We believe we were targeted as seniors and this was premeditated were devastated. Beware absolutely avoid any business with these crinimals

    C&B Solutions provided an estate sales service but over three months later has not paid for the proceeds due the Trust.
    I am the Trustee of my late mother and stepfather’s estate.
    Chris S**** who owns the company promised to pay but didn’t, then said he mailed a check which after weeks hasn’t arrived.
    Now he’s not answering emails, texts and his phone VM is always full.
    My realtor who’s managing the property sale says he saw him and he acknowledges he owes the money. I am a senior and live out of state so I believe he is hoping that I give up and go away.
    But as Trustee I can’t do that without getting into trouble for lack of due diligence in executing my duties as Trustee.
    I’ve lost many nights of sleep due to the stress.
