    On Oct 2, 2023 purchased a bed set with 30 night guarantee and 90 days same as cash. Scheduled a delivery date for following week. Every time date would arrive there was a new story as to why it couldn't be delivered. He would wait for my text as to were he was. I took 3 days of work to accept a delivery that kept changing.Payments were being taken out. We got notification that the 30 night guarantee was over for a product we never had. When the delivery for the 7th. Of Nov was canceled. I replied to his email to cancel our order and return money. His replay was no way we would get payments back and he sold the bed to someone else. I blocked the auto payments with my bank.

    I am an active duty service member in the United States Navy. Four months ago (September 4, 2022) I had purchased mattress, bed frame, two pillows and a sheets and pillow cover set from Encore Mattress Discounters & A/V Design in Fernley, Nevada. My delivery date for the mattress was almost two months late and my bed frame was delivered damaged, the remaining items have not been delivered. I was told that my replacement bed and remaining items would arrive in 1 week given that it’s already 3 months late by now, I have yet to receive my items. Recently I have received military orders to depart in January, but most of my items have not been delivered; I want my money back for the undelivered items and for the damages bed frame. I have text records of my dealings with the store owner and his violations of our purchase contract.
