Had my truck towed to them as it was in an accident and the engine tilted to the left. It sat for 2 months and they did mess with my engine cause they lowered the one side which my air flow intake is still bent but there is dried oil down the right side of my engine and I have a new battery which didn’t need. I picked it up Friday and all they fixed was a taillight and paint. I still have a cracked tie rod and bent bolts on the engine bracket. They also removed my leveling kit. Insurance says all they did was the taillight and paint said there was no damage. I can see the side of my engine through my wheel wells and bent shocks. I assumed everything was fixed as when I left I popped the hood to see my engine was leveled but my boyfriend did more of a look and see nothing was actually fixed other than the back end. Still not safe to drive on the highway. Also missing all the cover for my engine. My oil filter housing is now extremely difficult to get out as it is partially blocked. I will say the front office was super nice though.
