  On February 21st, 2025, Battle Born was hired by my neighbor to trim branches of my tree at the fence line between our houses. An employee at the company confirmed that the work order provided to the job Forman was for the branches to be cut at the tree line. Legally and per code, the fence line is where the branches can be cut, when hired by one party to cut branches of another’s parties tree. Instead the crew crossed into my property and cut many branches of multiple trees 1-4 feet into my property line. As well as trespassing, this company has damaged my trees.
  
  I first called the company on the day of the incident. It took several calls before the owner of the company,”****”, returned my calls. The company has not denied their actions, and at first seemed willing to address the issue and work with me. Obviously, my trees can’t be retuned to the condition they should have been left at. At first, **** was willing to come to out to my home and inspect the damage and do any proper “recuts”or treatment and offered to do some additional tree trimming at no charge. We set up a day for a call back and for him to come out to my home to come up with a plan.
  
  I called on the day we had agreed on and the company would not answer my calls. Over he next few weeks I called numerous times, with my calls going to voicemail. I left voicemails and never received a return call. After several weeks my call was answered and I told the person who answered that I would give **** a few more days to call me back, and that if he did not do so, I would be making complaints and perusing remedy. I have heard nothing.

  **** ******, the owner of Battle Born Tree Service LLC. spoke with Ms. ***** who informed him she was going to seek legal action during their last phone conversation. 
  It is company policy that if a person makes such statement communication is stopped. If Ms. ***** would like to give us an opportunity to rectify her issue **** would be happy to set an appointment with her. 
  Please note that Mrs. ***** is not our customer and did not pay for our services.
