    I took my car in for service an oil change after three weeks of trying to even make an appointment which you can’t do in person you are told to call. After a couple weeks my car has a misfire (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) I am told to take it in Tuesday of the following week but it won’t be seen til Thursday. Thursday came and went they were unable to look at my car Friday comes and we are told the computer needed updating and we can pick it up. I drive literally around to the other side of their building and my car has the check engine light still on it is shaking and now there is a chemical smell coming out of the exhaust. I renter the service department and told to take it home and bring it in Monday. I couldn’t have driven it home I left it on their property and had to walk back in today for it to be officially taken back in. I called to speak to the general manager as I have had several employees there mistreat me and Tim M******* will not call Me back. My husband works across the street and my car is still not being serviced.

    Worst customer service ever. I took my car into tires plus where I was told the repair I needed, I needed to have done at the dealership. So I contacted the dealership and it took then a month to respond. Once responded told me I would have to pay for another diagnostic which I told them no. I just wanted this repaid and sent them the form from tires plus. The customer service manager ********************** refused to move forward with getting me to the service desk as requested. And after telling her multiple times im not paying directly a service I already had done and that I didn't have a chose on where I take my car thet it HAS to be repaired by the dealership and this was her response "Thank you again for your interest in doing business with our service department.We regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the requested servicing of your vehicle.We wish you the best in your endeavors and hope you find a solution that aligns with your needs." WHAT SERVICE? I DIDNT GET SERVICE FROM THEM. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
