    I called the **** **** Incense business number, ************ on June 25th 2024 at 1:06 pm EST and spoke with *****. *** **** received a message from me sent from their **** **** online questions page. ***** advised me my order details and check, #****, for $61.75 was taken home with the "domestic mail" in error and was advised by *** to "process" the order.

    On July 6th, 2024, I emailed **** **** Incense to advise them my latest bank statement did NOT include the check for the incense, being still outstanding. I requested the check be sent back since it was becoming obvious I wasn't receiving the order. As of this writing, no check or product received. Please help me resolve this either way. I've ordered incense from them for many years and NEVER had a problem. Thank you for your time and attention to my request.

    Good afternoon,

    I was not aware of this bbb complaint.  However, ****** has been the only one of our customers who pays with a check.  I have lost my 3 employees because they retired.  I have told my new employees to watch for a check.

    Having to train a group of new employees has not been easy.

    ****** has been a good customer for many years.  I am appalled.

    Her check has not been deposited.

    Once we get this straightened out, I want ****** to email me on my personal acct.  It is *******************

    I will be alerted and watch for her check.

    I am very, very sorry that this has happened and I will do better.
