    "I was hung up on twice after contacting this company via telephone after asking when my order would be ready. The person who answered the phone scoffed that they don't handle personal phone calls, although I'm a human being and the other person who I asked for does indeed work there, told me to ask for him and to the best of my knowledge is a person."
