"Psimo servicio al REMOVEDo llam para pedir a*uda *a que mi sistema de monitoreo no estaba funcionando * despus de varios das de no poder comunicarme con alguien que pudiera a*udarme, se comunic con migo una persona de servicio (psimo servicio) escuch mi problema * me dijo que mandaran a alguien a revisar mi sistema de monitoreo pero me iban a cobrar $185 por ir a revisar cuando mi contrato dice que tengo garantas de 25 aos * apenas han pasado 4 aos, para no cobrarme me enviaron unas instrucciones por email de un sistema de monitoreo que no es el que *o tengo * volvieron a pasar das para poder comunicarme con alguien, despus de tanto llamar * quejarme enviaron a el tcnico, el tcnico detect que mi inversor no funcionaba correctamente desde septiembre * que se tendra que cambiar, han pasado 2 semanas * an no tengo respuesta, mi pregunta es dnde estn mis garantas de produccin?
